Last November I said Shane would be lucky if he won 60K this year with the lack of tournaments. Boy was I wrong. He's over 100K already with 5 months to go and the U.S Open 9 ball (for 1) left to play. He plays all over the place. He's the only real pro player from the states. Johnnyt

Yup, Shane plays in everything around the world and may be the most dedicated professional American player we've ever seen, certainly in the conversation with guys like Earl, Archer, Buddy and Sigel.

With the US Open 10-ball (July, Nevada), the US Open 8-ball (July, Nevada), the World Cup of Pool (August, England) and the US Open 9-ball (October, Virginia) still ahead, there may still be some big paychecks on the horizon for Shane in 2014.

Wishing him continued success.

Not to mention the Mosconi Cup, which is a guaranteed paycheck, win or lose.

He just won $5,000 at the World 9-Ball. There is also the World Team Billiards in early August.

Clearly you did not make this statement where I could see it. If so, you would have been offered a bet. It would have likely included me laying odds.

And the challenge match he has in Vega$ as well.

I think it was more like 75K but still a long way off. Johnnyt
