If you could play anyone, who would it be?

Glen aka Realkingcobra. It would mean that he probably just got through tightening up the last rail bolt on my new table and he had a few minuets before he was off to his forth Diamond for that day:D

I have been lucky enough to play some of the top players in the world and so far its been racking practice. Perhaps that will change someday.

Eric, I just though about that, THE Fatman would be a good one for the grandkids.

Me and the "Real" fats are similar he talked alot better than he played(Like me), however he played much better than I do and perhaps even talked better than I do as well.

Another cool thing is in some of his pics when he was real old he looked alot like my dad did, my dad wasnt near as heavy as Fats. My dad wasnt much of a player but he played standing up just like Fats too. I never said anything here about that before now, I thought of it but never had the chance to share that. I loved my dad and miss him. However my dad was a quiet man-unlike Fats, he never talked trash etc.

Great thread

Gary Spaeth (Banks)
Tony Ellin (9-Ball)
Ronnie Allen (1 Pocket)
Johnny Ervolino (Straight Pool)
Eddy Gregory (Any game because he is as much a lion anyone)

IN order and why

1) Fatboy-If you read this thread the reasons are obvious.
2) Charles Barkley- can get the 7 out and the breaks.
3) Jam-Just cause, we'll play even and take all side betters.
4) Johnny Archer-cause I've never seen him play in person - I'd have to give him the breaks
5) Scotty Townsend- for the same above reason.
6) Jimmy Reid - because I learned more about pool from him than any living human - he can judge my speed and make an even game.
7) The Evil Doctor - We've played and it was a good game. I tried to win to his astonishment.
8) Blackjack - I need some ideas
9) Jay - no banks
10)Housecue- I need the 8...

The one I never saw and heard so much about was Harold Worst. I would have loved to have seen him play. It is a shame he was taken so young.

Johnny "E" or pop as I use to call him being lucky growing up in NYC w/ him. I loved and miss him dearly. He was a great man, if he liked you..LOL..LOL....
Anyhow, graet choice for the 14.1 Drawman....Take care buddy.

Frankie

Mosconi in 14.1
Eddie Taylor and "Bugs Rucker" in banks
Wanderone (Fats) in nine ball...

Realization is that all I would do is rack the balls, but if I could only get it on film, the things we all could learn... ;)

Samuel Langhorne Clemens, I have read he could be quite an ass but a great story teller and a fan of billiards

If I could play anyone it would be Earl Strickland. I know he's hated throughout the pool world but he's my all time favorite.
MULLY

Let's see, if I can play anyone in the world, and you didn't specify for money..... then I'd play Efren, LDO.
