OK...so I know there are a couple of threads about this already....but I wanted to post one more because I am anxiou for everyone to watch the show!

I am going to be in an episode of The Takedown on Court TV tomorrow night (Tuesday) at 10:30 PM Eastern time (7:30 West Coast time for those of you who aren't sure about how that works! LOL)

The Takedown is a show about cons and hustles. They mainly do their stuff in casinos....with table games, etc....but they wanted a pool episode....and luckily for me, I have a good friend who introduced me to the Takedown crew.

Anyhow....the series premiered last week....and has gotten great reviews! I hope you all get a chance to watch if you are interested....and I look forward to your feedback!

Yes it would be 7:30 on the West Coast but it won 't be on. Delayed broadcasting remember. We will also see it at 10:30 West Coast time.\
Unless you have satellite.

Was that James Boch playing the role of the "dirty pool hustler"? Jim is in reality a nice guy who is married to one of the lady pro's on tour. He played in the LV Us Open One pocket. Saw the first episode and the show really has problems convincing me of the realness of the situation as I believe a lot of it is staged. Still glad they got Melissa to do this instead of a non player.

For real? I was hoping that they got some shortstop who thought that he was the shit to bust against a girl. I don't think I like this whole "playing the role" thing. :mad: I'll still watch though...just to see Melissa. ;)

I am giving you a pass since you got sucked into this thing and are not responsable for how bad it was. You must have been pretty embarrassed when you saw the finished product.

what a bust, you should be ashamed. you go into the room, take money from house players. because the owner, wants to protect his room from road players. if the guy was a real road player, he would have taken the cash. but you still have a future. if Dog the Bounty Hunter, divorces his wife. you get the part. l didn't know the show was a comedy. beam me up, l've seen it all now

Egg McDogit, the show will be aired again tonight on Court TV, 11:30 p.m. to 12:00 midnight [EST, of course].

We were in Laurel, Keith and Brandon in the finals. My daughter recorded the episode for me via Comcast OnDemand last night, and I'm getting ready to watch it during my lunch hour today. :)

Looking forward to a little Orange Ball delight tonight at 8:00. :p
