Just to be clear folks -
Peeps on AZB take pool a bit more serious (some a lot) then most.
I'm looking to get some kind of stat on how many here actually have a table at home.
If you plan to get a table in the near future or have one on order then by all means cast a vote.

The brand is really secondary but voting a brand simply says you have (or are getting) a table.

Posting additional info about your table is cool - just no flaming please.
TIA

Picked up a very used THEA 8' table going on 6 months ago. Never really played before so didn't want to invest to heavily if I wasn't gonna really enjoy it. 6 months later I'm looking for a good used Gold grown reasonably priced, safe to say I'm addicted.

Brunswick Baby Grand, oversize eight foot, from around 1915.

I had an 8 footer once with Christmas coming up and being unemployed, Santa Claus needed some help so I sold the table to buy my kids some toys for Christmas. Maybe I should have sold the kids and kept the table.

Not really the kids always came first.

Don't have room in my home for a pool table but have a 7 foot Global Bar box out on my patio. Put new rubber and Simonis 860 on it and it plays great. Feel like a pro when I play on it because it plays easy. Also have two 9 foot Gandy G's at my Community center. But now I like the Global better. Don't know whether a pool table on the patio counts in your poll, but I voted other.

Thanks to this site

I have a 1960ish Brunswick Sport King 9 foot and I love it. Got it free on craigslist(they are out there!) Thanks to this site I reconditioned the bumpers, shimmed the pockets and some simonis 860, centenial balls and I now play at home whenever I want! Take advantange there a great deals out there and get a home table.

8.5' Olhausen.
Ignore the cloth color; left over from table purchase / move - plan on changing after we determine color for cloth and room walls.

Patio counts.
Home, patio, garage - all parts of your home.

Speaking of patio - I haven't seen a Johnnyt post lately.
Anyone hear from him or know if he's ok?

I have two, ... of different brands..not sure how to mark that.. so I just counted me 9' Olhousen. I also have a 8' Brunswick copy

Brunswick Anniversary 1952 edition, 9 footer with Simonis 860. There are a lot of battle scars on the rails and my wife loves the character of it.

Brian in VA

Used to have an 8' Olhausen when I lived in OR. Now I have an 8' Spencer Marston. General concesus seems to be they are a good quality table at an inexpensive price with a crappy warranty (or good warranty on paper, but you have to jump through hoops). Meh, I'm quite happy with it and the price was great.

8 ft Olhausen.

I'm a little surprised you didn't list Valley. I would imagine a large percentage of the "others" are valley tables.

I don't believe you can get good playing pool without having a table in your home (well not if you also have a job etc)

Yes i'd love to hang out at a pool hall 24/7 but it's not practical

Now if i wake up in the middle of the night, i can shoot some balls in the undies
