Hi,

Can anyone ID this table?
Thought at first it was a Brunswick Gold Crown but have seen some inconsistencies

no slot on the end that holds the balls,
no counters,
and only one rail spot between holes instead of three.

I have the chance to pick this up for $400.00

or do i go with a Black crown for same price?

also i asked the person selling it what the model was and they have no idea just a table to them lol

it is a 2 hr drive from me so im trying to not have to make a special trip out there in a blizzard just to see it.

Looks like a 5'x10' Brunswick Gold Crown snooker table.

$400 is a pretty good price for it.

Where are you located?

The pockets look like those on a snooker table or what they play on for chinese 8 ball

I had two just like it in my poolroom in the 70's. 10" GC snooker table. We converted one to a 10' pool table and sold the other one. No one wanted to play snooker anymore. In the same space I put in my first two bar tables and the kids loved them. A few months later I added two more, moving out the 10' pool table.

Is this in Mass.? I posted a similar table on here before that was on craigslist in my area, I think with different pictures though. $400 is a very good deal for that thing if you play snooker, or don't care about the ball size and pockets. You can get a snooker as well as a regular pool ball snooker size set of balls.

It looks just like my gc1, with the plastic pcs under the side boards.
The table has a nameplate...

I say buy it. your pool game is going to get better after playing on that table.
Also the pockets look generous compared to the 10 ft snooker tables I have played on, not so tight as to be frustrating...

The white jointed cue might be a Brunswick Trophy snooker cue.
The three one piece cues with labels might be collectible...if straight.
The cue rack, cues, and score board may be worth the &400...
...table with it is a real bargain....if you can use it.

'If you can use it' prob deserves a bit more attention. That is a big table that needs a big room.

ya think i read need 20 x 15 room,,,have the 20 not so sure on the 15 yet though have 12 1/2 and was going to knockout a wall of storage cupboards we don't use out, hoping they are at least 2 1/2 feet deep .....if not well shorter cues ahahaha

If you like snooker, go for it. If you like pool, don’t take it if the seller pays you to take it out of his house.

IMO:)

I think you need more than 15 across. I have 15+ at my house and it is barely enough for a 9' table.

Very-Late 1960's I seen that "US Snooker" table in a pool room.
Owner was a stickler for consistency & quality, he had all Brunswick's.
