I expected to c a tiny bit of roll out since the guy claimed it was straight. I hope u used some KY jelly when u opened that package, cause "U WAS SCREWED"! That's about as bad a warp as I have ever seen. 
There can be no way that happened during shipping and I hope the guy does not get away with it. I have dealt with u on several occasions and u are great to deal. It's a shame when someone takes advantage of a good guy. I certainly wish u the best in getting your $$ back. I'll remember not to deal with that guy.
Look on the bright side. Maybe u can sell it to the OutBack Steak House and claim it is a boom-a-rang. 
A little sanding here and there and it probably would come back when u throw it. Charlie

It is warped. Period.
The only question is does it affect playability. For me the answer is always YES!!!! Even a slight warp in the shaft gives me a mental block so huge that I just can't get around it. A warp in the butt is just intolerable. I would run screaming away from a cuemaker or seller that thought this was tolerable.

that's a custom warp. you can't duplicated that from the factory.
