He tinkers with forearms and doesn't build complete cues. When showing one of his first to Barry, the reaction was, "This was one of your first?!?!" - they are that good. He'll build you one too, for the round sum of $275.
He is not affiliated with Petree per se, but is a friend of mine whom built this work of art for me. It was a collaborative effort from ScottR and JWP to make this mere young one's dream come true.... for the record, it's Petree - he doesn't pee on trees... well, he might (he is from OK, you know), but that's not how you spell it.

I'm just a guy who learned just how difficult it is to build this one component of a pool cue. I can't add enought tap/tap/tap for the real cue makers out there who do it day in and day out.
This one does kind of pop out at you, doesn't it?
