:: Jacob Hulsey :: AZ Cue of the Year Artist Strikes AGAIN!!!

Another killer cue from Jake!! I like the newer one best LOL... Great looking wood, veneer colors etc... It's nice to see more of Jake's work, and I have a feeling we'll be seeing more to come, sure as heck hope so anyway. :D

Larry is a good friend of jake

I know that he thinks the cues play great,
but he is needling his friend

Larry makes one of the best hitting cues that I ever played
and Jakes cues play super as well

Great stuff Jive . I'm hopeful that he will make me a cue out of a piece of wood that he showed me . I don't want to blow up his head or anything but from where I'm sitting , without having held or hit with one of his cues, I would say from a design perspective he is the next cuemaker that I see reaching legandary status.

Yep that's what it was, needling! No jealousy there. Nope no jealousy at all. No I am not jealous at all. No, no no.

Truth is Jake cares more about the hit than looks. If you like the way they look. You will love the way they!

I am lucky enough to have been graced by Jake with one of his cues. They do play amazing. They do look amazing. But beyond the cue, take a look at the cue maker. Jake is an all around great person! Beyond the cue, i consider myself lucky to have met Jake.

I hope Jake chimes in soon and see how well received his cue is, i'm sure it'll be a great motivation for him to continue doing amazing work!

You take the best pictures ever! Thanks everyone for all the nice comments. I don't think i've yet earned the recognition that i've gotten but i'll take it!
Still cant believe how well received the cues have been....pretty overwhelming.

Jive, as far as motivation goes.....with the results i've had...i'll be keepin it real and fresh.

Thanks again

Its set aside for when the time comes.

As far as the big head thing goes....My lack of knowledge and experience keeps me in check pretty regular!

As far as legendary status....well, in the most humble way possible....if that wasnt atleast one of my goals then i'd probably look at doing something else

Both cues are gorgeous and innovative. Jake please share some more pics of your cues, pleeeeaaase .

Tell me when the time is right for you to make a cue to be in Sweden, time will come you know.....:p.

Keep up the good work!

Jive - happy for you as always! SBE next year mate:smile:
