Jamie & Billy's Bet

Mike Banks Jr. is a young up and comer. I think he is 19 years old. Mikey lives here in Kansas City MO. He is shooting great pool and impressed Billy enough to want to get some action on him. I believe Mikey recently played at the Sands tournament.

I believe that I read somewhere here that he's from KC and has been playing since a lil child. News to me too.

Althouh I go along with Jay on the pressure will probably get to him in the end...stange things happen to good players on bar boxes...that's why I played on them mostly. I wouldn't want Billy's bet either...but he does have a very good track record. Johnnyt

Okay, there's ten players left, and Billy made the line 7-2 against Mike Banks winning it all. I will lay the same line here. Any one who thinks Mike Banks can win, can get 7-2 from me. I will lay $70 to $20 against him. Or $140 to $40 etc. Any bet up to $200 I will take before they start.

You must be a member in good standing here. No newbies please. Sorry.

I'll take $40 on Banks @ 7/2 just to be in action. Johnnyt

You have a bet Johnny. I'm laying you $140 to your $40 that Mike Banks does not win. You are betting $40 against my $140 that he does.

I'm laying this out Johnny so that other people won't be confused about our bet. I know you understand.

We'll settle up afterwards via PM's. Did you bet me on the Orcullo-Yang match also?

Off topic but I've seen it Orcullo and I've seen it Orcollo. Which is correct. Not a gambler so I'll pass.

The correct spelling is Orcullo. It was misspelled when he first came over here, and the misspell has become accepted as correct in some circles.

Pronounced "Or COOL yo".

I don't know. That Mike Banks is familiar with that equipment, as he's a local. I watched him play a little bit yesterday, and he broke good and had good patterns.

However, Billy Incardona has been there all weekend, watching the players up front and close. He usually does handicap pretty good, so you gotta like his end of it.

Let's see. There's 10 players left, and that means that Mike Banks has a 1-in-10 shot. Oh, yeah, it depends on how many chips the players each have at this juncture, too. Where does Mike Banks stand in the chip acount?
