Heres another sugestion.
You took pictures of a cue showing what you say is wrong and a video of the center of the shaft.Try taking a video and picture of the whole cue so we can see that it is indeed the cue and show the shaft collar so we can see it`s a match.

The guy complaining sounds kinda like a SC5 and he is also new to the site so this could be a lil scam he is trying with a new ID???
