And there we go

From whatever you speak on this topic or on this forum, you don't have to question about if he's gay or not. He's probably getting and doing more girls than the rest on this forum combined.

Not to say that it's a good for him though.. (I mean good he's straight of course, :D - but one girl for one man is more like my style, and oh, by the way, he's having a permanent girl friend at the moment..)

You hit a black belt in the head, he turns into a green belt. Knee the green belt in the face, and he's a white belt. Throw a hard cross on the temple of a white belt.... and you have a toddler playing with himself in his diapers. This thread is fun..... I think the UFC should pit up some pool players in the octagon. That would be awesome! Double-J against the Iceman... I'd buy that on PPV!

Pre existing issues!

Obviously, there is something that happened between them before that led up to this.

I highly doubt that this doesn't have some history that would explain the animosity.

Having said that, I would completely agree with JAM on this one.

JJ is a pleasure to play. Never really makes a peep.

Mika on the other hand is one of the biggest crybabies that ever played world class pool. And THAT'S A FACT!

Two words characterize him perfectly.

HISSY FIT!

I have watched him whine, complain, SHARK, not leave the table when he's missed for an extended period of time, be extremely rude and indignant, belligerent and exhibit just about every crybaby behavior that is out there.

Off the table, he seems nice enough, but i know people who could care less what he's like off the table cause he was such an ass ON IT!

I would think that if JJ went and flew off the handle, that he probably had SOME really good reason to do it. MOST likely, something that happened in the past, and the comment made by Mika was the last straw.

Believe me when i tell you that there were times that people including myself wanted to punch Mika in the face and stomp up and down on him like a gorilla, and we were just WATCHING him be a crybaby!!

All things being equal, it's probably Mika's fault either now or in the past with JJ. He's done it to many times to not blame him.

I recall seeing a flyer for a pool/MMA combined challenge match between Dennis Hatch and some other guy (I'm guessing an amateur fighter), a couple years back. I saw the flyer at the Glass City Open (I think) in Toledo. Does anyone know if this went down, and what happened?

Whether Mika is gay or not means nothing, hes a great pool player regardless.I hear people saying well if he is straight then good and this and that,is it good that he is white too?,i mean its just as bad as racism when it comes to gays. From my experience with Mika he is not,i was at the Skins a few years back and had some blonde beauty arm candy and was walking up the steps to where it was being held and he was eyeing her up something fierce, not the move of a gay guy IMO.;)

Mika had a Filipina girlfriend one time. I saw her at the Gabriel's Open in Vegas.
Nuff about the nasty rumors about Mika.
Now, the WPBA stars? LOL

I think you are confused about the black belt/white belt thing. Belts nowdays can be got by anyone with some time and money. Its like getting your BCA instructor card. I know a lot of BCA instructors who could never get on the same table with a pro like Efren, Busty, McCready, Parica, etc. But try a real Karate/Kung Fu master and you will find he aint going down that quick.

Do you think Bustamante would try to cheat you to beat you.
Act like one.
Buste does not have to cheat to beat any body.cheating is for the less skilled players.
Buste is one of the very few class act pro players.

I don't believe Mika is gay at all. In fact, I have seen him quite often with, shall I say, ladies dressed in purple at various events I have attended, and I'll just leave it at that.

I. Can't. Believe. You (of *all* people). Just. Said. That.

Pucker Munching Sonkey :-)

Lou Figueroa
vindicated at last

My opinion..All B.S. to the left...(the same way Mika goes)...Im sure he made the comment at the wrong time and knew it..early in the match maybe its cool but Jeremy was already losin so comments should just be kept out of sight....But Jeremy was at my fathers funeral so even if he is wrong im still sidin with him..

P.S. Tell Blair Thein we have a heated matchup for the POOL,POKER AND PAIN series......Past difference always make fights better....

Completely agree. I've seen him do it on numerous occassions and I felt the same as you when he did it to Shorty in a Joss finale. Thankfully Shorty stomped his ass on the table but it was really pitiful to watch. He was crying so hard about the racks that Joe Tucker had to come in and rack the rest of the set.

Same exact thing happened when he played Keith.

it's kinda surreal to see so many people pointing out why Mika might've deserved what JJ said....Does that mean that it's perfectly okay to say the things he said....regardless of whether Mika deserved it or not (or what his sexual preference is), it's intended as an insult and quite harsh at that. Is that proper behaviour then?

Yes..I am Finnish (before anyone points out the bleeding obvious) and I do not know either of the players well enough to make comments on their character, but calling someone a f_g certainly is not proper behaviour on the table (or off the table for that matter).

Perhaps Mika was sharking, but based on what I've read about the event, he didn't make any personal attacks in the game? Correct me if I am wrong.
