I think that the clubbing Jessie got by SVB did light a fire under him afterall, AWESOME!!!
I personally would like to see a rematch with alternate breaks, or a longer race maybe to 30. A race to 9 isnt much when either of them can string 5 or 6 at anytime.
 
jessie may be a top notch player but i don't think he wants any part of shane right now on any table(7 or 9 ft.) playing long races or ahead sets are even more of an advantage to shane IMO.

I love the filipino style, but WTF?

Every time someone mentions action (especially when Jesse's name comes up) someone comes in and threatens to bring on the filipinos...like we're all going to fall over dead for fear of their name even being mentioned?

Has anyone actually seen a filipino lose a set?
 
Why call the Phillipino's when Jesse got waxed by Shane Van Boing in Vegas last week for 2 dimes? I think the score was 13-1 Shane.....man it was a close match....

Yes Shane broke Mr. Orcollos winning streak, i think he was the first to put a win in his column! 2 sets infact! so they can be beat!:confused:

The only time I have seen a Filipino player gamble was when Alex tried to play James Walden a few years back and James took it off. I also saw Efren try to give Roger Griffis 10-6 at CJs about ten years ago that did not work out too well for Efren. I did see Efren when he beat Amarillo Slim at CJs. I wish a few Filipino player would come to the Shooters event and get into action, that would be fun to watch.

if you ask me i think that if they played 8 ball shane has an edge! 9 ball its who ever is breaking better! thats where the 10 ball tourny comes into play!
hopefully they will all be there! i know shane will be! :cool:

I have called 3 times and Jamie called. No return calls yet. Kinda funny huh. I am sure everyone will say that Jesse called out the whole country and nobody came. LOL!!! 740-649-9510. Thats a number that if anyone wants to come play Corey some, they can call it and the phone will get answered by someone that will make a game. Not flying to Kansas either, if you boys want the nuts, and the money, you gotta come get it.
 
what i think is funny here is that you guys are willing to fly out to vegas to play jessie but you wont take a shorter flight to play dave ....sounds like someone is afraid to play dave ....
