Now this is the sort of thing that brings to mind the phrase... that boys got an alligator mouth and a hummingbird ass.

John.... I hope you can easily fade this kind of stuff as this boy doesn't deserve your attention. He's just a very rude person. Very rude. I think in the ph he'd have somebody come over and splain a couple things to him.

Allright man look, if Danny did say no before. Then he said he changed his mind. I would like you to make it clear to everyone we had that conversation. Then things changed without me knowing.

You can see how this thread got to me in the wrong way. I am not sure what Danny did or did not do. I do know we (being me and you) had that conversation.

I was not aware that Danny and you had another confrontation afterwards. I probably jumped the gun and I am sorry sometimes I forget how many people are reading these and just react. I hope you don't think I am upset. I just looked at it like well I thought we talked about how to avoid this... I did learn that I will PM you from now on...

When I look at this it really just comes down to one player not wanting to play the other. It has nothing to do with the trash talking or what the player might say after the match. You have to be kidding me Jon. All of us have been in pool rooms before and have all been woofed at. Hell I have personally seen you woof at plenty of players. Please dont take this as a attack just stating facts. As I have no stake in any of you win or lose. I think both of you are great players and good for the game. Also rivalry like this is what makes pool exciting.

thank you jamison i appreciate you understanding there is more than meets the eye sometimes.
hopefully people will give me the benefit of the doubt a little as i think ive earned it over the last 10 years around pool.
anyway thanks for setting record straight.

I don't have a dog in this fight but you are thinking a little crazy. Suppose that you are Evander Holyfield and you promise Tyson a rematch. Then he bites your fricken ear off!! Don't you think that the rematch might not happen.

People have the right and need the right to change their opinions. More data is pumped into our brains (most people) and that can change their opinion.

John admitted to saying he would give a rematch. Then some bad action occurred. John decided that there are better things in life to do than to butt heads with a guy he doesnt like for 10k. No harm in that.

I would love to know how you explain your breaking down in the middle of an artistic match.

Sorry for not spelling your name right. To answer your question when I have seen you lose you have been a complete gentelmen. However you did want more action. Again John I'm not knocking you, heck I have alot of respect for you. Ive watched you step in the box with just about anyone who would play you. I'm just sayin all it is I see Danny doing is woofing. If woofing at someone means no action, we wouldnt see many people macthing up.

this is just my opinion, but as long as i have been around pool i learned a long time ago to just let the people involved do the talking and woofing, because if me or my horse can't run i have no business in the conversation. because you or your horse might get ask to play and when you say i can't you will get embarrased.

The irony of this thread is Danny Harriman sounds EXACTLY like a "young" John Schmidt in this thread.. LOL

John, no offense, but I'm glad to hear that you've matured into not only a great player but a professional.
