Junk yard cue

hmmm

Funny Stuff Larry! How about a bubble wrap wrap?

I was thinking of a custom brown paper bag with sharpie 'tooling' to match but why hide this beauty? Why not a custom bubble wrap case so you can SEE her in all her glory even when sheathed. It's the Excalibur of cues really.

I'll sell you this vintage It's George 1x2 tan case for $200

Nice, but these are the hardest to find... I just stumbled onto a bunch in an old poolroom.

Mr. Bstroud- please post some pictures

Thanks for trying Bstroud- I really don't get why the AZ audience, made a joke of this. I for 1 realize that you do make Top Tier Cues and send nothing out till its time. especially shafts. I want to play with all the cues I collect. And I agree we should expect more from all cue makers. I think all cue makers do try somewhat to continually make better looking, and playing cues. thanks mark

Hi, I justed wanted to let everybody know that I recieved the cue last Tuesday. Now while the cue may look funny, it plays great! I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks, Larry.
Thanks also to everybody for the comments.

Laughing so hard it hurts!

You guys are tha best!! That cue is amazing, accept the joints a little fancy, next time try the shiny gum wrappers!

I am always happy to see this cue bumped to the top. Believe it or not, Justin had an offer to buy this cue. A few weeks ago!

Larry

I love it. Long as it plays great who cares about sharpie veneer or duct tape. If it was some famous Artist or a Worhol type that drew on it and wrapped it in duct tape, it'd be sitting in an art museum insured for about 100k. I think some people get too caught up in the appearance and forgot about playability anyway.

If you used the aluminum shiny tape, you could do something like the Lucasi Hybrids. Plus, it would be a bit thinner. I gotta admit, that's a slick looking grip, I bet if you put that grip on a "pretty" cue, people would think it's some fancy leather or synthetic wrap before realizing it's duct tape. And hey, I've seen duct tape at Wal-mart in zebra stripe, leopard print, camo and a huge array of colors......

Did you epoxy over the tape?

your talent

always seems to amaze me, great orignal design, is your machine set up to do 5 pointers?
