but I used to be a regular on RSB about 10 years ago. I think I also orginized the 1st RSB tourney in NY a while back. May not have been the 1st, but I remember people posting that we needed to meet and I just said "well, lets" and took up a sign-up sheet. No memory of who went there or even the room we played in ( I do remember it being 2-level near some clubs/bars and having a couple of snooker tables at the front ). I went to RSB just now, seems everyone moved to here.

No avatar or sig yet, but I play now with a Samsara Barcue, have an old Joss in the bag with a busted shaft (insert fell out), mainly play in the RI area. And my handle here is either how I end up winning or losing all my games... I'm sure many can relate :o

So hi all :)

helloouuu (in a mrs doubtfire kinda pitch)

sounds like that tourney ended blacked out!

welcome

So hi all :)

Welcome. You'll recognize a lot of names from the RSB of yesteryear.

Welcome! Hope you enjoy your stay here. If you were on RSB 10 years ago, we probably knew each other from there.

Thanks for the welcomes all. Unfortunately I don't recall a single name from RSB (think last time I was on was around 2000), but don't feel bad if I have forgotten any of you, I can't remember birthdays either. I can however rattle of key shots I made/missed from 10 years ago so at least the important things stick to my brain.

Welcome to this thread "hang the 9". Buckle your seatbelt and prepare for the knowlege and the (sometimes) dramatic episodes we usually have here- (i.e ."Walt Frasier" a few months back, of course). Enjoy and Happy New Years!

LOL, sorry there Easy :p . That guy (Frasier) was some kind of nut I tell you. That's one of those people that make these forums pretty off the hook if you catch my drift there, E.

To the new guy who decided to join the forum in the New Year.......

WELCOME!!

So, ya play a little 9-ball, huh?
