Hi,

Sorry to post in the wanted for sale section, but does anyone knows where kevin varney is? No Update from him since 2 weeks ago. Need him to repair my j/b
 
I talked to KV friday night and he said he had been real busy and had not been on AZ if that helps any. I might see him this friday also if you want I'll give him a message.--Leonard
 
I have paid for a cue in full and he said it only needed the final touches and that it would be shipped out ASAP...that was 3 weeks ago. He must be really busy. I hope his health is okay.
 
I have paid for two cues in full and was suppose to be due to me at end of Feb. Was told to me that it will be done a week or two after VF. I don't want to panic right now but seems like there are a lot of people in que right now.

I guess I will panic in about two weeks.

Contact Irish634 he has been Varneys go between lately, he can pass information.
 
its ok guys i've been waiting for my cue too, he's had problems with his health and he just had a son enter his life so he's probably just really busy. it'll all get done in time.
 
The point is if someone gives me a expected date and it passes, the
ball should be in their court. I should not have to worry about the
situation.

Think about how many people you could call in 30 minutes, stating
the facts about your cue arrival. I dont need your lifes ups and downs
just 60 seconds telling me your a little late.

Dude, let it go:D :D My only advice for you is never buy another custom made cue, I have purchased several over the years and I would say 90% were at least 90 to 120 days behind the original estimated delivery date.

I certainly give you credit for holding a crudge:eek: :eek:

seem to be a lot of people were trying to make it look like i was some kind of jerk. that's the only reason i keep bringing it up. no real problem with mr varney (i know it might not seem that way but there's no malice intended)

you might be telling the rest of the guys on ths thread to let it go too

I agree that it sucks wanting your cue and it taking longer than expected but it comes with the territory when you buy a cue from a independent one man shop cue maker. Just yanking your chain.

Dear Don,your advice to poolplayer is assinine,at best. First off,we're not talking about an "estimated delivery date" from KV. Mine in particular was PROMISED 90 days,no longer! Damn,I wanted to keep this private,but when you start stompin' around w/out all the facts,as most do on this forum, I have to speak out. Its not about a grudge,its about misrepresenting actual timeframes.I have pm's to prove communications that have taken place in my case,and judging from the breakdown of comm.between KV and potential buyers,we have every right to start getting very disappointed! If you cant read between my lines,pm me as this is as far as I will go on a forum.
