Richie, go to User CP. Down the left side under "Settings and Options" click on "Edit Avatar". The screen that opens up allows you to upload it either from a URL or from your computer.

Matt, I like your avatar for L&L, but I'd like it even more if the gal was holding a cue stick instead with smoke coming out the tip. Also, is she an alien or just sporting a 'fro?

Still working on it,i got to make sure,when i get done working out iam good and pump up,so it mite take a few days!

You can always go to Google and take a look at some of their millions of images (they have an "Images" section where you can do a key word search).

You can probably find a pumped up version of your handsome self, already there.
