Boy this yahoo better hope he doesn't run into the wrong disgruntle AZer on the streets.

I won a raffle. I bought 3 spots for $30. I was in desperate need of a cue. So I helped spread the word of the raffle to get it moving. Well suffice to say I won. And to this day I wonder how many ID10T's think it was somehow rigged. It was based on a legitimate lottery number drawing.

This really grinds my gears. This guys a first class little whining bi**ch.

tell me when you decided to contact paypal did you think about any of the possible consequences to this entire community? all for 8 lousy bucks. unfreakinbelievable.

NO-ohhhhh, You have to POST the link in the thread. If I have to look it up it's a loophole. LOL. You have to draw when the names are marked paid, doesn't matter if they actually where.

HU is right on this one. BPG24 knows the forum is NOT getting involved in transactions. They've stated that. Now to make a "point", BPG24 is ratting out the forum with an exagerated complaint.

Amount - $16.

This is the SAME as a guy who rats out auctions to the cops.

Not the way to handle it.

I would wager that Pimp has even learned from his mistake(not posting that everyone was paid) and will post them paid before the drawing from now on. Oh, wait, but now the cops will be involved, because there is "rigging" and "cheating" going on!

ALL THIS FOR AN $8 RAFFLE? If 8 dollars means that much to you that would go through all this trouble... then there are more important things you need to address than a stupid raffle. Wow.

I also was unable to get it worked out... but it is for the resolution center of paypal to workout for me now.

This dispute will begin a much bigger investigation by Paypal, I am sure. The website www.azbilliards.com has a sub page that is their "forums" page. They hold raffles there for pool related items. They use the lottery websites to determine the winner of these raffles. If you do a little research you will see that Paypal is being used for payment on all of these transactions. I have been told recently that these raffles are illegal and the owners/moderators of the website know this and let it continue. Here is a link to the specific raffle page with many raffles that are open and already completed. Paypal is used in every one of them.

there have been several raffles that have been rigged or somewhat unfair and that is why I want a refund. i was in a raffle that was not run correctly and I am not interested in losing my money this way.

Please look into this and make sure these raffles stop and refund my payment.

Well, I am sorry, but if I had participated in this raffle I would have been upset as well...because I would have not known when the raffle taking place. I can totally see where he would be upset. I do not do the powerball thing and the 1 raffle I did participate in, I had to ASK when the pick was going to happen, and what website it was being taken from...I do think that he should have asked though.....but....if you are going to participate in Illegal activity that goes on on this forum, dont whine about not knowing when the pick was taking place since you should have asked beforehand...

If you are gonna partticipate in the Illegal activity that goes on on this forum, dont cry cause you didnt win.

Not trying to agitate but mind explaining what "it" you are talking about? I only occasionally go to the sales forum and never to the raffles forum. Do you too have an issue with this raffle, another raffle, or a sale?

I did ask for the date.... It is in the thread about 3 posts from where he declares the winner. Please look for yourself.

not winning has nothing to do with the problem. I never win and don't expect to.
