I sent in a Meucci cue to be refinished They received the cue March 22.

They will not return repeated phone messages I talked to Barbara multiple times and she says I need to talk to Deron. Last Monday I spoke with Barbara and wanted to check the status of the cue I sent in for refinishing.  Requested to speak with Deron to see if he had any suggestions for repair work on the cue, and what work they do when refinishing a cue. I have not been able to get a callback from them or a confirmation that they received my cue. When you call their only phone number 662-895-3220 their is usually no answer and if you leave a message they never return your call. At this point I just want my cue back and will let someone else do the refinish. Worst customer service ever
