Two of the best in the world at their trade and what great people they are to represent their country. Go Phillipines, go Manny....I know your very proud of your countrymen and I TOO support your players. How cool would it be to have Efren walk with Manny down the isle to the ring, maybe next fight, boy what a boost our sport could get because of this small gesture. GO MANNY.......................:angel2:

That would be cool. I wonder how many the top players will attend the match...

As an aside, did anyone see Manny sing a duet with Will Farrell last night on the Jimmy Kimmel show? He actually wasn't bad! Is there anything Manny can't and won't do?

Go Manny, kick ass tonight!

Best wishes to Manny tonite.

These people of the Phillipines are some of the most talented in all areas of sport and artistic ability. Manny loves to play pool too.

Efren walking to the ring with Manny would be a VERY big boost to pool all over the world. What a great idea this is. I hope he see's this or someone that knows him tells him about it. Johnnyt

Sometimes Manny Pacquiao practices at a Vegas boxing training center before a big fight in Vegas. It is owned by a good friend to many a pool player named Tony.

Tony is not feeling well, and for those who know him, please say a prayer that he gets better. He opens his home to quite a few pool peeps and is a true friend. Get better, Tony.

Here's Tony and Manny at Tony's place in Vegas.

Here's a cool shot of Tony enjoying a boat ride with Keith McCready. I had no idea that Las Vegas, the hottest place I've ever been to in my life, had water holes where people could go for a boat ride. :grin-square:

Here's a cute shot of Manny relaxing between training rounds in Tony's office, all dressed up in his boxing uniform. :)

Here's an action shot of Tony sparring with the Roach man at Tony's place. I'll bet he's got 6-pack abs, better than the Situation's.

What a pathetic sport to allow Margarito to fight again. :banghead:

Here is hoping Manny pounds this clown from boxing altogether.

Fighting is his living. To not allow someone to continue to make his living when he was never convicted or consented to having knowledge of the offense is ignorant. To not show the respect to someone without knowing the person is worse.

Anyone know if any sports stations in the Phillipines are broadcasting/streaming the fight tonight? Can we get it on the internet?

Careful trying to order this fight on the internet. I tried once for a similar match and had to go through hoops to get my money back because They did not deliver .

They know each other.
Efren has spotted Pac something like 90-30 in rotation and beat him a few.

yea but would what Manny have to spot Bata in the ring lmfao.....(as if)

I love Manny, would love it even more to hit some balls with the man and have a word with him.

I admire him for the same reason I do Effren and Jose.........

no matter what, if effren makes a horrible shot or Jose gets a bad roll they smile.....

no *****ing like a little girl.......no blaming others.....not even upset with them selves outwardly.

Cool calm collected charming happy...........

I think its super bad a** and shows much character for Manny to have taken up politics to better the situation of his people.

He's a fighter not a politician and it will be harder for him than what he does in the ring.....stepping out of his comfort zone....in this area the man is in a class all by himself on this planet in my opinon.

Reminds me of another great athlete/politician serving to help his people who sadly retired last week. Halie Gebresalasse the ethopian distance runner and politician.

Take him down Manny.....got 4 billion people rooting for you homie....the other 2 billion just don't know yet

It's true Greyghost. I believe the Pinoy feel it is a sign of weakness to display their anger or upset over a loss.
