attention! have i done this in six years? nice conclusion reached, another example.
if youd read, my goal is ALL deleted (prob not possible), secondary goal, ban. how is that attention, like i really want to be banned. it will be like when an alcoholic leaves the bottle and his life opens up. this place is honestly infested with mediocrity and bad logic, ands spell checkers that dont even know how to spell check... i mean just look at the general state of things.
btw, do u think i "cheated" if i sit down after a foul like scott? this actually interests me, i hope i dont get banned b4 ur answer (this is a yes or no). chao.
i agree with everything the op says. i teach pool around the world, he is right on point.
I think you really do need to go on the wagon! You're starting to sound like broken record.
You and I have batted this around enough in the other thread. My response then is the same as it is now. If I have fouled, I will call it. I would hope my opponent would do the same. It is a matter of integrity to me, it may not be to you.
I will not call you a cheater for not calling a foul on yourself, so long as those are the rules in place. That doesn't mean that I have to play that way, nor do I have to like it if someone is trying to take advantage. But I will not stoop so low as to call someone a cheater. Just like I won't stoop so low as to not call a foul on myself, because I would then be cheating myself from playing the game the way I belive it is meant to be played. That is on me, not you.
(For the recod, for those who missed the thread in question, this is the gist of what was bantered about. This is what has caused enzo to become upset. Yes, Scott participated in that thread and shared a similar opinion, but he was far less involved than I was. I'm just not a famous instructor making a living teaching pool.)
There, that's what you were looking for. Finally, to state that you aren't looking for attention is laughable. If you weren't looking for attention you would not continue to respond to each and every post in all of these threads, you would simply walk away from the forum. That's ok, too. Just don't pretend that you aren't enjoying this banter, because you obviously are.
Asta la bye bye.
i noticed yes or no was all he asked for. which one is it? i think you said no, so at the very best you are a hypocrite the way i see it. best.... scott

Congrats Enzo, now you pretty much sealed your fate on getting banned.:shakehead::shakehead:

That is called Karma, good things happen for those that create good atmospheres around them. I try to do just like you stated as well, BUT if I know the guy I'm playing would cut my throat for a dime, you can bet he better be paying attention to the game as well.
I will now officially climb down out of my high tower to admit that I reserve the right, if someone is being a complete and utter tool, to stoop to their level.
(That would have to be a pretty amazing occurance, and it would surely be the last one, as I wouldn't get myself into a situation where I would have to play someone that could act that poorly, to get me to respond that way. I bet it could happen, but fortunately no one in our league acts like that. Nor do they at the club where I play, when not playing league.)
How's that?
The internet is forever
That is why some of us make sure that we really want to post something before we hit the submit button.
Take comfort in knowing that youre not the only person to have realized too late, that what you post may come back to bite you in the arse someday
my name is scott lee, im a pool instructor who popped into this forum. not sure aht all this hubub is about. i dont take lightly to those who dishonor me. btw, please visit my website, we have a special going this week-- learn the one bank shot for 199.99.
The internet isn't forever, but definitely a life time. When we are all gone, electronics will be one of the first records to disappear. The pyramids will long out live the digital age in my opinion. But then again, I believe our planet is doomed to less than several hundred more years.
Weird...it's amazing Scott_Lee isn't logged on the same time enzo is.
Einhorn is Finkle...FINKLE IS EINHORN!!
of course the pyramids and even incan ruins will outlive digital. i believe there will be what ill call a "digital gap" one day in the distant future (and thank god for that). the gap will be a mystery to scientists. so much entropy was undone by man for so many thousands of years, and then bam.... all we did was sit on computers and didnt fight entropy for a few centuries, and thus the gap. so theyll wonder what the hell we were doing all that time, and all the digital evidence of decreasing entropy will be gone.... they will think we were the morons of the entire history of the human race... and considering time used in places like this, they will probably be right.
