Monthly check check for April

Well folks, I talked to Deno this morning and the checks have NOT been sent out. He said he has not talked to Jay in months, so when Jay said the checks have been sent, he was mistaken.

The last couple months have been spent assessing the viability of the tour. Deno believes he can show viability and now it is up to KT whether to release funds to pay or fold. I guess we will know on the 15th. :(

As I recall the letter, Bernie said he was bothered by all the bangers at the pool hall, and that the good players should have better conditions to play under. Perhaps he is quitting to give the good players better conditions.

Linda, it was a joke. You know haha and all that. As for your continued conversations with Deno, it's nice that you have a relationship with him. Considering the allegations made about him previously, I'm not surprised he prefers to talk to you. I wouldn't trust him for a minute, either financially or personally.

My personal opinion, he's blowing smoke up your kazoo. That's what he does best. And why not, he learned from one of the greatest.
 
LOL.. since KT hasn't sold enought diet or natural cure books, he must be waiting for his income tax check to come in. :eek:

Seriously though, I do hope everyone that is owed money gets it.
 
Could well be wrong again (usually am:)) but I could have sworn that only 3 x 11% = 33% had been paid up to now, not 44%?

The first 33% was paid by January. The next 11% was paid in March with the promise that 11% would be forthcoming the first of every month until the balance was paid off.

We are working diligently to find new sponsorship, and there is exciting news on the horizon. At present we are talking with several major corporations who have expressed an interest in becoming part of the BIGGEST thing to ever happen in the Pool world.

The response to the excellent television programming already produced, has been unprecedented in the history of televised sports. Literally millions of people are asking for more of these shows. We will have trouble keeping up with this great demand, but suffice to say, it is my primary objective to take Pool to the very top, where it belongs. Have a beer on me, because if you think 2006 was big, wait until you see what happens later this year and in 2008. How does $10,000,000 sound. Not bad huh!

I know we have hit a few bumps in the road, but it is all part of the growing pains associated with this exciting new venture called the IPT. I am not discouraged one bit, and very soon it will all be smooth sailing ahead. Hop on board or you will miss the boat."

Overheard in the background, "What checks, why do you keep asking me about the checks? They can wait, the ungrateful idiots. I've already sent them more than they deserve. Tell Deno to tell them the checks will be going out shortly, after income tax season is over.....in 2010" (loud laughter is heard).
