Do you think it is impossible for tomorrow to go as long as 7 sets mathematically??If JJ won it would have been 8 to 6...they would have played the fans choice match because if not tomorrow could go as long as 7sets

Shane didn't get to where he is by having friends.Ahhh. Nope.. JJ played the last match of the day and Shane was in the practice room by himself...
He was having a moment to himself (the entire match) while the rest of the team was out supporting JJ! No need to say more about that............

You are right ...the fix is in .Do you think it is impossible for tomorrow to go as long as 7 sets mathematically??
Might of had to deliberately run cueball into the 8 to hold for the 7.Now that the match is over, how would you have played the 6-ball?
Perhaps.I think theres far too much investment by matchroom to risk involvement in such silliness.
Entirely JJ’s blunder. The shot clock had ticked down from 30 to 12 before he even asked for the referee to clean the cue ball. If it’s a player that prefers a clean cue ball before such a crucial shot, that should’ve been the first thing he checked and asked for when he first came to the table when the shot clock was still over 25 seconds.I thought JJ played well. I am guessing he has not been playing huge tournaments for a while. I can only imagine adrenaline was absolutely cranking at that point, and he made a mental error. I think the moment got away from him. Maybe the ball was dirty. Maybe he was looking to calm the nerves a little. Who knows. Bottom line, I bet he knows the rule, and simply was caught up in the enormous moment.
And a tall warm pintSomebody has to bring Earl fish and chips
No because there aren't American snooker playersPerhaps.
Do they run snooker tournaments? If so do they allow the fans to shark the players?
Interesting.Anyone know the rule that specifies the difference between JJ's situation (no clock stoppage) and Shaw's situation yesterday (clock stopped). The only difference appears to be that Shaw complained about a bug on the 9ball, not on the cue ball. And that Shaw had a lot of time left (25 seconds) when he called for the cleaning.
Perhaps.

It would be interesting to know when the call was made to make the JJ match the last match. If they made that call after Shane went to the practice room and no one told him, then it makes sense why he was not there because he would have had the next match.I think SVB as USA top player probably feels it is more important to try to get his game in shape than to cheer and high 5.
Match 15 was always showing for Friday when match 14 was under way, I posted the live score back on page 7 when they were 3 racks in.It would be interesting to know when the call was made to make the JJ match the last match.
