I completely agree with this sentiment. Not only would it be annoying but maybe even a little insulting. Putnam didn't get to play in the Mosconi Cup because of a random drawing. He got there because he's good.

I think the communication between Johnny and Shawn is what got that match. Shawn looked nervous at first but Johnny talking him through it really seemed to calm him down. Great stuff so far. Go USA!!!!!!
I totally agree with you Johnny really got Shawns confidence up and it showed later in the match.
In the interview Putnam brought up a good point that Putnam, as a left hander, can't play position as he would for himself because Archer is a right hander.
