Mr Wilson

I stay far away from NPR. Do those weirdos even play pool?

It would be interesting if NPR had a gathering in a pool hall,
How many posters from the main forum would ask "Whaddiya wanna do?"

I think Mr. Wilson does a fine job and gets a lot more hate than he deserves. Must be why he never shows his face.
Mr Wilson shows his face a lot in NPR....lots of interesting
subjects are covered there...'course, you wouldn't know that if you never visit.

If that was what I felt about Mr. Wilson, I'd say it. I would articulate it a little better than that and leave out the profanity, but this is my point. You can express basically any opinion you want on here as long as you're cordial and don't use a ton of profanity or slander anyone. If I had referred to Wilson as a "f.....shi...head", as you say, I wouldn't be surprised or upset at getting banned because a ban would clearly be warranted.

The rules seem pretty clear here to me, and Wilson enforces them effectively. As such, I think he does a fine job. I think if you're sitting around wondering why you got banned from a forum where it's (in my opinion) super obvious what gets you banned, you might just be a little less pleasant of a person than you think you are.

We tend to be on the same page here....AZ was originally Arizona Billiards...but a lot of
disaffected posters from an UNMODERATED group swelled the ranks and this forum
morphed into A to Z.

You do realize that Mr. Wilson is a regular poster in NPR, right ?

I did not, I rarely visit there but maybe a couple times a year but if he happens to read that post so be it. It is what it is and to each their own, I'm just interested in the PR forums...just personal preference is all.

Well, thanks guys.

FYI....his ban didn't have anything to do with this thread, which I was unaware of. That said, starting a thread because you were warned is generally bad form.

Folks get too riled up over aiming topics. Good grief, it wouldn't matter if it was funny hats.

Don't like funny hats??? Don't wear one. Not a whole lot to argue about though.

Funny hats? Why do some people bring up funny hats all the time? I 'aim' to wear my funny hat any d*mn time I want or not! It just gets me crazy when people start up on funny hats!:angry::rolleyes:

Okay, Tom....you can wear your hat....but try to be a bit more stylish....:)

BTW I have an awesome aiming system lol

It's simple to do as long as you lift the seat.

The very best part about the aiming thread is that there are no right or wrong "systems". It all comes down to which way makes it easiest for the shooter to perceive the proper aiming points. Its like people arguing over what their favorite color should be.

I copied and pasted this right out of the aiming section this morning--------
"You are wrong, blue can not be your favorite color, I demand that your favorite color be red, in fact I hesitate to even call blue a color".

Can you just rename it the "CTE discussion forum"? There are no other aiming methods discussed on it. And it's pretty much the same 5 guys duking it out. They should just PM each other. And no one would need banning. Just my 2 cents.

Lol ... if Rick (English) could have controlled himself we could all still be looking at hot babes! ;)

What's really is funny is that I hang around NPR but will NOT go into the aiming forum. LOL! :D

Word on the street is you still miss.
Something about an improper stance and poor grip.
You can practice your stroke all you want. However if you fail to master the fundamentals... . :yikes:

Patrick Johnson would set you straight on this.

If only somebody had the power to end his ban.
