Me and Chance (my 10 year old) had a boys day out today. Given the choice of movies, chuckee cheese or anything else he picked a day playing pool at Felt in Denver. Thoroughly hooked.

Handsome young man. This had to be far better then Chuckie's or any movie. :)

Tell him I said he looks great in that hat.

Lookit the emotion on his face. I see a future H-U-S-T-L-E-R !

(he's also a cute lookin' kid wearing that hat)

Best of Luck, dad !

+4 on the hat looking good on that young fellow!

it was either gonna be a cue or a saxaphone, right?

thanks for sharing.

best,
brian kc

Awesome! Looks like a little shark in the making! He is lucky to have a dad like you.

Felt is a nice place. Perfectly fine to take a young guy.
In your pic the guy in the corner with the raised cue looks like Rick Fields practicing straight pool. He is one of the better players here.

That's awesome & like the others, I think he's looks great in that hat! Glad to hear he's enjoying pool, my daughter got hooked at a very young age as well! :)

Haha, I was going to type the same thing. He looks like a fine little gentleman in his Pork Pie hat.

Keep him interested in pool. Even tho he is in a chair, it is something that he can excel at thru the years. We used to have a league player that was in a chair and he was a serious butt kicker. I never won a game from him.

My nephew's name is Chance Daniel. My brother who is gone now, loved the history of the old west and wanted to give his son a name that sounded something of a gun fighter. Chance is a strong name and one that will be fitting of a future pool pro.

That hat is pimpin', just saying'!

Its great he chose pool over anything he wanted. How many kids would pick pool over the cinema?

Cool :) Oh, and my 13 y/o is also named Chance, just spelled the German way though, Chantz !! I picked the name, my wife picked the German variation..... I dig the hat :)

PS: my son's dog is Lucky :)

Great article.... Greater Kid

What a great story and write up.

That is a flat out awesome kid right there. I am sure we all could learn a lot from him.
Best wishes to you and your family.

Yeah Chance has a yard of guts. He just got out of a five hour surgery a few months ago. Hoping he will be out of his wheelchair and walking soon. Chance is diggin being on AZ.

Save him, dad

Get him a set of golf clubs. He's already got the hat. Nice looking kid, for sure.
Keep it prosperous. Alfie
