My Cue Dilemma. What should I do?

I ended up the high bidder on both of these cues at the silent auction held at the Southern Cue and Case Show. Now the dilemma is should I keep them or should I let them or one go. I have had a few people show interest in both cues. One cue is a Danny Tibbitts Hoppe and the other is John Showman. What would you do?

What a fantastic problem to have...

I LOVE the Showman.

Congratulations,
Chris

Beautiful cues mate. I would own both. If not, whats the number on the Tibbitts? PM me if you like.

I would pick one and give the other to me, since I am super poor and can't afford either one

Just kidding of course (unless you need a charitable tax right off). I would play with them and keep the one I like the best.

you indeed have a problem, both cues are top drawer, everyone knows about showman ,but i am surprised that anyone would not recognize the top quality of tibbets as well

why not put them both for sale and keep the one that doesn,t sell, you will be winner with either one.

feel free to call me about either cue

unless you need the cash

Keep both cues. Cash is earning nothing in the bank these days. Both of these cues are outstanding.. keepers for sure.

Both are very nice Rik but you know the one i want. p.m.price and specs.please.

i would keep them both. unless you only want one of them. in that case play with both and then decide which one feels more comfy in your hand. but beautiful cues none the less. good luck

If you want/need a new cue? Hit with both of em and sell the one you don't like.

Do you need some cash? Sell both of em.

If you're not in either category, put both of 'em in a case and forget about 'em.

Who knows, they might be worth something in 20 years.

I appreciate all the offers but I think I will hold on to both of them for a while. John's list is super long and he isn't currently taking any orders and Danny will only make about two or three cues a year.

Personally, I think you made the right call. You have two REAL winners, there. You can't possibly go wrong with either one.

Gotta tell ya, though...you should play 'em. Both of those cues are SCREAMING for some table time.

Just sayin'......

Congrats on two stellar cues, sir.

Mark
