How come you don't have to pay pool time?
I broadcast live 5 times a month from Kolby's so when I play unless its a full house I do not have to worry about time since I do stuff for them, good arrangement for both of us.

How come you don't have to pay pool time?

Corvette, I am just a struggling amateur like yourself. I have yet to beat my Hispanic groundskeepers. I think you and I will have to play even and then we can talk about weight after one of us loses a few c notes.Joey, I'll try you a little getting 11-5. You still may be stealing but I'd try it for a few c-notes anyway.
Before you accuse me of stealing, ask around for my speed and you may beat a trail to North Georgia, lol.
I just had to chime in when I see you say you wouldn't mind losing a little more. I wouldn't mind relieving you of a little bit of that little more.

And as to you Donny, you are one of the professional players that I admire a great deal. (You have another job besides pool), but since you are a professional, you have to give up the world to get me to bet my cheese but many pros have been known to do just that. Like you, I have another job that provides income and so if I lose to you I can just work a little harder and make some more to make up my loss to you.
Think about some BIG weight that you can give me playing one pocket and be genuine with an offer and a bet and you may get played at Derby City Classic. My buddies who have witnessed you practicing and gambling there in Florida think you walk on water and they might be right.
Who is an even game of one pocket for you? Better yet, who have you regularly broken even with, gambling at one pocket, while playing even-up?
I accept PM's and even exchange emails for matching up.
My post was aimed at attracting other losers at gambling like myself but what the hay?

Thanks for posting this, for the most part I have a good memory and anyone who I played I know exactly how we played and how much usually changed hands even if it was from years back, strange stuff I know. I do think keeping track of say how many games we traded before I either won or lost along with the spot and date along with who it was would be a good idea and I might get a little pad to keep in my case for notes such as this along with drawings of shots on the other pages.
Quick....Were do we stand Lenny...
Overall for the year...I probably broke about even.

If Lenny is a smart gambler he will tell you that you are up
Joey, Joey, Joey...
I am sorry for my lack of faith in your game, but if you are going to play donny mills you will have to pay for the hotelroom upfront before going to DCC, I don't trust me getting paid "at the end of the week" if you are going to play him for some serious $$
give me the 6 out and I'll play ya for your profit on TAR.
Well my winnings for pool this past year totaled just around $8,000 and my losses just over $1,000. I know it's not good enough to get on the money list but not bad for a B player who keeps his gambling at a lower level. I play 20-100 a set in 9 ball and 10-50 a game one pocket, once in awhile I might play for more but not often, the most I played for in a single game of one pocket was $200.
So basically for every $80 I win I lose $10. I do wish I could have hit the 10K mark but it was not to be as I do not really bet it up. Does anyone else keep track of their wins and losses for the year and what was your winnings/losses? I doubt I will keep track this year but it was fun to do so I could see as opposed to just guessing.
was the $200 1 pocket game your break or the other guys?
We never played for the cash my friend but if I play you I need weight.
I have some bricks in my garage...just let me know how many you need....
