Great cues my friend. Both Hoppe style also. If the Showman was a piloted ivory joint, I would be after you hard, lol. Enjoy the cues, you deserve them. Thank you for sharing.

Sorry Rod, this one will be here for quite some time. But check out the tiny engraving on the end of the pin. You can barely read it with the naked eye. Awesome...

Thank you everyone else for the nice comments. I had a fantastic time this past weekend. I'm hoping to see you guys again at Little Kenny's show in June.

Thanks again,
Chris

Just Horrible

Those are horrible. You should not have to subject yourself to such viusal abuse. Just send them to me and I will keep them out of your sight. You seem like a nice guy, so I will do you this favor. For real though, those cues are beautiful. They are well executed and tastefully done cues that I am sure are great players. They are just my style. Enjoy them buddy and take care.

Hello All,

I had a fantastic time over the weekend. I was able to acquire a beautiful John Showman. The Showman package also included a Ron Thomas elephant hide with an ivory disk engraved by John. In addition, Murray Tucker delivered my cue. It was my first delivery direct from a cuemaker at the SBE and I couldn't be happier. It is Brazilian Rosewood into BEM.

These are the first pics I took in the shade. I'd love to hear some feedback. My plan is to also take some pics in the sunlight but I am very excited to share my newest items.

Thank you very much Murray and Little Kenny for making my SBE the best yet!

Some very nice cues with clean lines and classical designs.
Love them both.
You landed a couple of great cues.

That Tucker cue sure plays nice...
I ought to know as I tried it out on the pro table across from Little Kenny's booth.

Glad to have met you finally after all this time.
Looking forward to seeing you again very soon.

OUCH, I can tell you exactly how good it plays then. You will love the hit. If you take the bumper off, Showman might be engraved on the cap screw also:thumbup:.

Those cues are very much okay.

Looks like somebody had the SBE of all SBEs!!!

Congrats, bro. They're both fantastic.

very nice Cues my Friend:thumbup:

best,
Ralf

Wow, awesome pick up, Chris.

I would have loved to be there and meet and talk with you again,
and off course would have loved to test hit your new babys. ;)
Both look marvelous and I am sure they play as good as they look, too.

Interesting ferrule and taper on the Tucker shafts.
Do you want a solid hit with low deflection, or what was the idea
Tell me about the feel and deflection of these shafts.

Eric"h" ----- loves the inlays on the showman

Both cues are awesome Chris. Kenny is a great guy too. Sorry i missed you, i was near Kenny's booth a lot on Saturday with Barry and his son Jimmy,Dennis, and Myron's girlfriend. Alright, Myron too. lol I love your taste in cues. enjoy!
Bob

I'd have to say that's probably my favorite Showman design ever! I love my JMW but I think I could be happy with either, or both, of those cues as well...lol!
