As badly as everyone wants to see justice served, don't be surprised if KT gets off with just another bad mark on his evil career. He is truly a rotten guy and leaves nothing but trouble and disappointment in his wake. It is time for pool players to quit chasing rainbows and start a legite tour. It will take a long time to make it happen, but we've seen what happens with instant gratification. Ask the women. They seem to do pretty well and a viable men's tour will enhance the ladies tour.

Legal fund by the pros...
Ya know, so much negative crap has happened in our sport it would seem that good things will come because of these most recent developments... that is if those in position (to do so) take action.
Affective legal action would mean bringing the pros together and standing up for what is right. This is not something they have done in the past. They were took by the PBTA, Camel, now potentially the IPT and even as good as the WPBA is, the heirarchy there has passed on some raunchy deals for the women.
With this said, if Harry is willing to intiate action for 30K, all IPT players should hustle up the money fast. He would be more than glad to help our sport see a better future, but we cannot expect any one person to do it on their own.
I also think it is good that all this info about the non-payment by the IPT is being shared. I disagree that this will help the other side (IPT) posture for legal action by the players.
Why do I say this? Regardless of what happens finacially with the IPT, I believe it is on record that the original IPT players were made share holders of the tour and they were made promises by the founder. Would this not make non-payment to its shareholders from ALL products being advertised, promoted and sold by and for the IPT founder an obvious fraud?
If so, and if I were a IPT shareholder I would pay the 150 bucks even if I didn't recieve a dime. It would be worth it to know that the next step would be criminal proceeding against those responsible within the IPT.
Then our players would be unified and have won a great battle for our sport.
FIGHT FOR WHAT IS RIGHT!
It is not always about money, but principal. Any principal would be a giant step forward for our sport.
