Name the New Club and Win a Cue

There is a billiard room in the area called Le Spot, so The Spot would only cause confusion. :D
IMHO

And someone suggested Shooters.
That's the name of White's room at Lawrence and Victoria Park.
It has been the site of the Canadian Billiards Championships.

"The Library" is also good if it's near a college. "Oh hi, Mrs. Roommates-Mom. Billy? he's over at the Library."

In Tempe there was a dive by the college called the library, but it was spelled wrong with the 'r' reversed.

My suggestion, JJs Crooked Cue & Brew

name the new club

my offering would be:

The Commons Billiard Club.

based on the definition of commons in college."A commons club is a type of social organization whose membership is "open" rather than selective based on personal introduction and invitation. It may also refer to the lodge or other meeting facility associated with such a club and used for its activities. Usually, commons club refers to a type of men's social organization which flourished at institutions of higher education in North America in the late 19th and early 20th centuries."

or you could just go with something completely different as Monty Python used to say.

"Tumbleweeds Billiards" - good luck with a logo for this one

Jim Wych and John White are opening a magnificent new Sports Club in Toronto. Now all they need is a name!

Here's your chance to be a part of this exciting new venue and win a professional cue for your trouble.

Just submit a name for the new billiard club and sports bar that will be opening this winter in Toronto. The winner, once announced, must provide an email address so that they may be contacted for shipping information for their prize and that prize will be a professional OB Cue.

You are to submit your name via the "Name the New Club" thread in the main forum. The contest will run from now until December 31st, 2013 with the winner announced on New Years Day.

It’s that easy and it costs nothing to enter! So submit as many club name ideas as you can think of and if yours is chosen we will let you know via PM right after the New Year.

A little info to help with your submission:

- 30 diamond pool tables and 6 snooker tables

- Located at the corner of Ashtonbee and Warden Avenue, Toronto. That's Canada eh!

- Sports bar theme.

- Hint: We are looking for something a little different and unique but still pertaining to cue sports.

Good Luck to All!
