i'd consider just getting the case back and paying a leather place to replace the strap. it could be better than not getting a case you had paid for at all.

At least he got the case...I guess.
As far as a leather "project" goes, finding someone to re-dye the leather on a Fellini and Centennial case is about all I can handle.
The case is beautiful! I can't build a better one myself because no one will buy me a side of a cow. lol
I would give the case a solid 6.5 out of 10 overall. I have had a few, so it's a fair rating. Hell, JB's ultrapad and the thick leather itself is worth what he paid, so no complaints other than having to take it to a leather shop and have the lid redone.
At least he got the case...I guess.

Very Kind offer Cyrex. I have asked multiple times for him to send me my case finished or not and he refuses to do that as well. The guy just dont want to make this right. Thanks to all of the great AZ members out there I have his address and his app for a business in cases. I have at least 6 people so far that want in on the claim. I have a shot at a justis, but promised the wife we will work on some debt so still trying to squeeze the cash out of her!! lol. I will figure something out about a case. I just want to finish getting this case filed and await the call where hes has been arrested for his crimes against us. Thanks guys.

Ok guys I have spoken with Chaz and he assures me that he is and has been working on cases. Im really trying to have faith in this young man,even tho he has proven untrustworthy thus far. The bottom line is I just want my case finished or not. More importantly, I really dont want to screw you guys out of your money or case. Im gonna hold out a few more day in hopes that I will get a tracking number and you guys get some pics or ur case or at least a phone call with chaz. He asked that if any of you want to talk to him, call or email and he will contact you back asap. He assures me that he is not trying to scam anyone. Out of fairness I told him I would pass on this message, but as I also told him, his customers need to hear from him. Not Charles or anyone else, the need an honest message from him. Even if its not the best news at least people will feel they are still gonna get what they paid for. This is his one and final chance to try and right this ship as much as it can be at this time. Continued silence will only fuel this fire. I hope he takes this one last chance to fix this.

I think I would go ahead of the filing (it appears to me that that is the only thing that brought the update) and if he gets it together you then have the option of not following thru (Is that possible)
For me only actions would speak at this point, not words. He should have been calling you with tracking numbers, not more excuses

I agree that actions speak louder than words. Call me a sucker or a fool, it almost feels foolish at this point, but me sending him to jail behind this will do nothing for me getting my money back or my case. I also really dont want to screw the people who are still also holding out for their refunds or cases. I have about 6 people who are ready to join me in the claim, but thats not everyone who has paid for a case. I have to consider them and their investments. I am giving him to this weekend to show us some movement, then it is what it is. I have the right police and sheriff departments now to file the case. Once its done the DA will take the case and then there is no turning back. I hope for once he does what he says. I just want what we paid for? I think we all want that. Again its up to him to make this right with the people.

I have been receiving emails from him on the case. It should ship tomorrow, but like always I will believe it when I see it. At least he has been communicating somewhat. I have been getting reports from an inside reliable source that he is in fact working on cases, but thats about all I can tell you at this point. As I get information I will gladly share it with everyone.

Chaz has made things right by me and he no longer owes me anything. I'm posting this so maybe other people will see he is making efforts in the correct way and give you all some hope. Frank please remove me from any list you may have.

Yea we are clear. Im happy you got your deal settled. I have been in pretty regular contact but still nothing concrete yet to report. I hope that he is also communicating with the rest of you guys as well. I just want this thing settle either way as im sure the rest of you feel the same way. I will keep you guys posted as usual.

I have some great news. As of this morning, my case has been dropped off at UPS to be shipped. Chaz has taken a pic of the shipping label while he was dropping it off this morning and emailed it to me. So as of now my issues and business is concluded with Chaz. I pray that he is taking care of the rest of the issues of everyone who has paid for cases. I would suggest you guys keep contacting him as I know you have been doing. As of the last couple of weeks he has been kept in contact and doing what he said he would do. Let me know if I can help or assist any of you guys with this process. Im not gonna really comment on the simple repairs that were suppose to be done, im just happy I finally got my case back and I will decide on if I want to spend more money getting it the way I want it. So as of now my business is concluded with Chaz. I wish all of you guys luck with getting any and all pending issues resolved. This has been a long hard battle I have to tell you.
