This cue that I picked up on Sunday is the real deal! OK here's the story. Saturday I recieved a text from Tim saying that he and Davis just finished a few cues for SBE and that he would be at John's tomorrow. Well hell I'm not going to miss a chance at a first peek, so I go.
Long story short after looking at all the beautiful cues that are going to the Expo I couldn't let this one leave the shop. For the people that will be at the SBE you would be missing out if you didn't stop at their booth and talk to John and Tim to also see these cues. The fit and finish and feel is second to none. These guy's are top notch.
PS my pictures suck again.

Davis/Prince

Tim and John are doing some great work these days. Great pickup.

Branko,

Awesome "Old School" look, great combination, so cool, sweet!

Tim and John, spot on!

Regards,

Joe

Gotta love the stitch rings with matching veneer colors in the butt and at the joint. Very nice all around.

Davis/Prince

What a great collaborative effort, and I think extremely underrated, these two are masters.
It's not easy to make a fancy cue with old school appeal, and they seem to pull it off
consistently. I can't wait to show off some pics of my Davis/Prince cue in progress! :D

I look forward to seeing the cue.

A sweet cue built by two great cue makers from Chicago.

I love the Chicago cue makers work but I am pregidious that way. LOL.

looks so expensive

Thanks for all the kind words about the cue. I am glad that it found a good home. I will post up some more pictures of that cue and some others that will be on their way to the expo in the next day or two. Thanks again.

I really like the way the veneers compliment the burl in this cue! I've seen combos that didn't work (for me), but this is one great looking piece of lumber!
