OK, everyone, we think we have solved the rules problems, but this is a situation that could change if the attorneys go back on the attack. Please read the new Forum Rules sticky. We have tried to return as much freedom as possible to the wanted/For Sale area.
 
Just to clarify, bumping is only allowed once every other day now? I thought it was once a day before.

I guess this means dealers with new stuff are again allowed to post. :confused:

Yes it does!
First thing this morning, one of the dealers abiding by the interim set of rules jumped right back into the mix of listing in the FS section.
It was a welcome addition to see that beauty of a cue.

i would like to say thank you to all the efforts put forward to the powers being for making it so we can see all those new pretty cues for sale on azb.
i may or may not ever have another cue for sale on azb, but its nice to know i can do so if i want.

Looks good Jerry. I would suggest you remove the following, given your stance on being in no way liable,

10) It is also strongly suggested that you use an escrow service when making any purchase.

Sounds to me like you are suggesting this will always work. Id think if it fails then you are liable. Im no lawyer just trying to see it from all angles.

Hi Jerry:

If the attorneys go back on the attack, please call me and I will litigate against them at a reduced rate. I've been doing it for the past 22 years and do high dollar cases.
