KV,
Nothing against you. It's just not for me. I will tell you why in a pm if you would like.
Thanks

Just wondering if you were breaking the same speed as before? I found with the second varney I had, which was around 19, I had to hit the balls harder to get a good break. Then I was impressed. Jumping with the two I had took some practice, but was very easy after about 4 racks of nothing but jumps.

Currently I'm using something else, that breaks great and jumps nicely. Nothing wrong with the varney's, just needed money so sold them both.

What a dick you are!

I don't think I have ever seen a cue maker come and shit on a thread from someone trying to sell one of their cues.

Good luck Vinnie.

I think you missed the point, what kevin said was that the price what vinnie is asking as at par what he paid.
And he was surprised as to why he is selling the cue after using it for 2 racks.

I dont think it is appropriate to use such a comment without understanding what is wriiten.I have seen kevin always puts a post when his cue is for sale so that the buyer also feels better that he is buying the right thing.

Monto-
Nothing personal, but I think Kevin's point was clear. He was knocking troy for selling after only hitting for about two racks.

I've been back and forth with Kevin a NUMBER of times. We've battles quite a bit. Bottom line is Kevin's cues hit ok (at least his j/b's). But somewhere along the way, he took marketing to an extreme and began posting with his ego... and that just ISN'T good for business.

Here, he was several months late with delivery of the cue. I'm surprised that Troy even bothered to have the order filled. If I were him I would have cancelled.

Sorry. Kev, but when you sound off at someone selling your cue, you just plain look bad. it shouldn't bother you. You still got your money and it helps get your name out there.

i am not sure i understand this post can you explain it better why a cuemaker would come n this thread and make a comment like that to the guy selling his cue?

Come on guys, give him a break. He was months late with this cue, made no attempt to communicate with the buyer, and made no apologies after the fact. He thought the cue would make everything OK. Then he comes here and there is the just delivered cue for sale, at a loss no less, and obviously is oblivious to what has actually transpired.

haha...if vinnie had already paid then there's no way to cancel the order. KV would have just ignored him and held his money hostage until he delivered the cue. After all, KV's not going to be inconvenienced by his own mistakes. Or, I mean, take food off his family's table, or any other of his stock reasons for not being a reasonable businessman.
