Hello everyone,

My name is Joe Whitten of Whitten Cases. This is our first post ever on AZ Billiards. We wanted to introduce this new case to everyone on AZ because we know that many of you are collectors and cue enthusiasts. We are proud of this new offering to the market because it is very compact and lightweight (under 7 pounds) and still has the individually lined tubes for maximum protection. The shell is fiberglass. This case stands upright by itself. The base price is $630 (plus options). This case will be auctioned off on Ebay starting Tuesday, September 29 at 10:30 pm EST. The retail price on this case is $850 with all the options shown. This is the second 6x12 that we have built. The first one went to a fellow AZ'er.

joe, that is a great case. i have one of your 4x8 lites as well as a regular 2x4 and they are great cases. welcome aboard.

Welcome to the forums! Very nice case! Nice to have an offering for something in the middle! Usually been either too few or too many, this is just right, IMHO.

Hi Joe,

Welcome to AZ! This is a great place, you`ll like it here!

I`m the guy with the first 6x12 case Joe referenced. I took it to the ICCS show a couple of weeks ago where it was seen and liked by a lot of people.

Me, I love it! It remains first and foremost functional, providing great protection for cues and shafts. The case is unbelievably light!
Most people at the show would not believe it housed 6x12 cues until I opened the case and showed the inside. :smile:

It stands vertically without needing to rest against a wall or table. :smile:

...Did I mention how great it looks, too?

I especially like the double handle for horizontal carry and of course the obligatory top handle for crowded situations where vertical carry is needed. Nice design.

I would like to thank everyone for the kind words in welcoming us to AZ Billiards. We look forward to being a part of this community. FYI the 6x12 will start on EBAY this evening at 10:30 pm. I would also like to send our condolences to the family of Art Cantando. He was a really great guy. We always had a lot of fun with each other at the Hopkin's Show every year. He will be missed.
