We put up $6000. Each guy is guaranteed $1500 and they play each set for $1000. That way three days is guaranteed, both guys get guaranteed money and they are playing for something.

Date is firm on 34. Info will be out in the next day or two.

Playing per set is a good idea, for all the matches.
 
Can't wait! Both of these guys play all three games extremely well so it should be an intense weekend. :thumbup:

I didn't read every post, so apologies in advance if this has been answered, but are you still using the 4-1/2 inch pockets?

Great match up. I was looking forward to such a match up. As great as SVB is, it is nice to see some other faces on the TAR. I think this is a true toss up. I have no idea who will win

I'm waiting on the announcement of what format will be played each day and just noticed the seats are not available on the website yet. Please post once the seats are available. Had a great time both days watching Shaw/Alcano in the studio.

Since OB is presenting this and Alex is an OB sponsored player, it may make sense to update Alex's pic to show him sporting the OB logo instead of Mezz, unless there was a reason? Just wondering.

Its listed in the original post:

"8 Ball Race to 20, One Pocket Race to 8, and 10 Ball Race to 27"

The matches are in order of how they will be played. Guess I could of clarified that. The seats will be up when I get some details worked out.

I use the photos that I own to make the flyers. I do not have any photos of Alex wearing an OB patch.
