Here's the deal, honored posters: Randi is dying. We're told it's a matter of hours or at best, a few days. She's not coming home and that's it. She's in a lot of pain and doesn't recognize family members.
I'd like to sell Grady's Billiards. It would be for much less than if she were going to be with me. I need badly to get away from things for a while, although I am going to play in the World Straight Pool Championship. She'd want me to.

I hope you can do what you have to do, to pick up the pieces and move on, with your life, in a positive way. Best of luck at the straight pool tournament! Many of us would love to see you win! :D

From what I have heard about your wife she is a class act. Nick Varner and Johnny Archer both spoke very very fondly of her when I told them the news. I am sure she is going to a much better place although that may or may not make it any easier on you. Good luck and god bless.

It was always a pleasure to see Randi, as she is one of the kindest ladies anyone could meet. My heart breaks for you, Grady. My continued thoughts and prayers remain with you both.

I'm very sorry, Grady, that your partner will soon be leaving her body behind and you'll feel like she's not in your life anymore. I'll be praying that you find peace.
 
Grady, I am so sorry to hear this bad news. My heart is breaking for you. Like others have said in this thread, I can't imagine losing my wife. I truely hope I go first. Try to stay storng and God Bless. John Terrell
