This is a step away from the standard Mike Cochran cue. Mike took about 6 months working on this design. Its the hottest cue I have ever seen roll out of that shop.

You must be an inspiration to these cuemakers, you bring out their best. Congrats on a great cue.

Steve, another great cue. This is my favorite Cochran. Congrats on a great addition to your collection.

Best Wishes,

Stan

Wow, Mike definitely outdid himself on this one, I'm sure you had a little input in the design.

just jealous...

I agree: WOW

Just when I thought my Cochran was one of the tops, he out does himself. Amazing cue. Great cue builder and a nice person to deal with.

Speachless!

Michael said he would never build a another box cue again! And as usual he has been true to his word. He also said when he did anything like that the cue would be big.
Mr Steve! From one Cochran fan and owner to another believe me when I say, I love this cue! :grin-square:
Congrats
Nick :)

Like I have always said, noone build em like Mike. What are the inlays, gold? That is one seriously beautiful cue you got the Tikkler. I am definitely envious.

Mike Cochran

Mike is a close friend, and for years has made superior hand constructed cues, along with Tim Scruggs. His cues have been classical in design, adding only what would not take away from their original purpose "Superior Hitting" cues. I have been prodding him to add Silver and Gold to his designs, which he only uses from time to time. But as you see in Steve's cue he has done a fantastic job of adding just the perfect amount of metals to make a great designed cue even more desireable to his customer. Thanks Steve for your help in pushing Mike to new levels of craftmenship. This is certainly a great addition to your collection. JP:smile:

Very interesting update on a box cue design with some creative inlays and combinations of materials.
The ring work is a great idea and the way it came out is impressive.

Love the cue.

hey

This cue is also the first MC cue to have piloted shafts, and I am so thrillled that I might just have to run my usual 3-4 balls with this new bad boy.

The workmanship like every cue that Mike makes is superb. Get an order in to Mike before its too long a wait
Steve

The Scruggs cues have long been acknowledged as among the best playing cues ever,I am happy to see that Mike is taking his cues to another level altogether, along with Tony at BB ,and the few others that can really do original intricate designs that take on a personality of thier own.

The only thing that bothers me now that my horizons are being stretched,is the fact that so is my pocketbook.
