Orcullo vs. Frost- Live Reports

And 12-11 Dennis

Dennis up 4-1 in games. Scott threw a couple games away and doesn't quite have the cueball. Dennis is solid, but has made a couple of head-scratching shots.

Dennis misses a bank and sells out.

12-12

This has actually been part of the story. Dennis decides shooting is his best option when he has a hint of a shot, and usually comes through

On the subsequent break, Dennis scratches. Player break, but looks like a wired pair in the stack.....

What's up with Scott demanding that the exact ball that was pocketed up table be the one that comes up on the spot? Or how to mark the fouls on the table. Dennis will put his coin on the diamond that designates he owes two balls and Scott will walk over and move it, adding a second coin.

Is he autistic?

Im sorry MR J Zippel. I would explain it to you but based on the fact that, reading comprehension, is not you strong point. I would be wasting my time trying to simplify it for you..
Have a nice day and move on!

Deflect and retreat. White flag waving.

April the Giraffe has been in labor for days, so I’ve been watching the giraffe cam in hopes of seeing her give live birth. I also have another screen up with the Frost v. Orcollo match. So now I’m really curious, will April give birth BEFORE the FROST v. ORCOLLO match ends? It’s making both of these streams far more exciting for me!

Scott is correct in both counts, IMO.

The coin can move because it's in the way, and in the heat of it, you'll forget where it was. If you owe three or four, doing by the Diamonds doesn't make any sense. I've seen Dennis move a coin to the side pocket (not because he owed four, but because he kept moving it to get it out of the way) and then he slept it. Silly.

They're playing on a ball return, so common ball holder. They've been taking the balls out of the return and placing on a ball holder (one for each player). If Dennis randomly put up a ball that wasn't the ball pocketed, exactly where did it come from? Best practice is to just spot the ball that was pocketed.

13-12 Scott

Dennis had a comeback and decided to go with his winning ways and bank a straight back instead of something more conservative while Scott was needing 1. This time he missed (he does that once every so often, shockingly!), and Scott pockets the straight in sellout.

I beg to differ. Much better to only have one coin on the rail. Less to get in the way and easy for a coin to fall when several on the rail. You will rarely forget the count when using the diamonds.

Btw great stream and Scott is really hanging tough. It seems Dennis get's a bit careless the longer the day goes.

Off topic Jay, you think Dennis needs to learn how to protect the balls on his side , a little?
Seems to me he's too aggressive at times even when the layout favors him.
He'd miss a tough bank and leave the balls on his side vulnerable.

Really hard for a leapord to change his spots I do know DO has been playing a lot of one pocket getting ready to play this match unfortunately this is like a boxer fighting house boxers getting ready to fight Mike Tyson their is no preparing for Frost you hope to substain his assault and win on points by doing what you do best if you try to beat him at his game you will get knocked out

In this case, as I reported a couple years ago, Dennis is known for moving that coin and forgetting about it.

Jay's gotta give his boy the excuse ahead of time, obviously

Dennis will always be remembered for his Derby antics, which is a shame since he is such a killer player

Madman commercials keep getting me at crucial moments.

But they are all that, aren't they?

Wow.
Commercial free on roku!

Plus, on big screen TV!

But, could be because I have a very old version running of the ustream app for roku!

Thank you fast Lenny!

It does act funny like its loading a commercial sometimes but resets..
