I thought it would be fun for us to jot down some of our personal records while practicing alone. It will give us something to look forward to when practicing and then we can compare our achievements to other peoples on here and try to improve them. Example; consecutive spot shots made in a row; consecutive break and runs; most balls made on break; and things like that. Feel free to add your record. I haven't ever really kept track so I will post my spot shots in a row either tonight or tommorrow.
If a world beater post in here don't let it stop you from trying. We can always compare our records with people our speed. Example; if your a B player try to beat a B players record for starters. This will also keep us focused while practicing and it will build pressure which is always good. Lets have fun with this and post away. Feel free to post any record of yours. As I said I'm going for the most spot shots made in a row for now. I'll post my record once I feel I get a good #. I want to say I could pocket 50 in a row but realistically I'm shooting for 30. OK enough rambling let the games begin.:)

6 balls in 8-ball and 9 ball both on a bar box...valley.....7 break and runs on a bar box in 8-ball....3 nineball breaks in a row on a bar box.....

4 balls in 9-ball on a big table.....

7 break in runs in a row playing 8-ball:eek: I figured your 9-ball break and runs would be higher than an 8-ball break and run. Thats quite impressive. My 9-ball break and run is also 3 I think. So I'm shooting for 4. I grew up on a big table but had to sell it a few years back so now all my play is on a barbox for now. I should get 4 by the end of the year. What about your spot shots?

EDIT: or did you mean 3 9 balls in a row on break?

3 nineball breaks in a row...........not really sure on run outs in nineball on a bar box....

Consecutive 8 ball Break and runs - 6

Consecutive 9 ball racks - 4 :(

Most 9 ball breaks in one night - 6 (4 in one set, 2 were consecutive)

Most 9 ball breaks in a 1 night tournament - 4 (got paid $5 per)

Most balls made on 9 ball break - 6

Consecutive banks - 15 and quit (drill - all balls in a line down middle of 1/2 of the table and banking cross side with ball in hand on each one.) Then I quit and started doing long rail banks.

Wish I had some stats like Linda! Holy cow!

One of my best stats is: 4 of my balls (stripes) in one shot (and position on my last ball) playing 8-ball. Two balls went into each of the corner pockets near the rack... as I remember, both sets went in right next to eachother.

And NO, I did not know it was going to happen, I was picking one of my balls out of the middle of the stack (poor break), shooting from around the head spot, when it happened.

I hold the record for most "easy" shots missed by a healthy adult with all 4 limbs and both eyes... don't know the exact number, as the tally is still racking up.... BillYards... "The Iron Man of Ball Bangers"

Verifiable, as in 30 witnesses....back to back 8ball breaks on league night.

Third one missed the side pocket by an inch.

My back to back 8's on the break was against Mike Massey in front of a crowd of people!! I have a cueball that says "Nice Break-Twice. Jesus Loves us, Mike Massey"

And yes, I suppose I take pool seriously. I wish I was seriously better!

I once banked 5 balls in a row, last one being the winning 8.
I once saw someone legally pot the yellow three times in a row in a snooker match.

I was against another APA SL7 in a Vegas MiniMania. He got 3-eight-on-the-breaks first three racks.

Here are my records: straight pool- 527 balls, I didn't miss, I just quit once I passed Mosconi. Nine Ball- 16 racks in a row, I didn't miss, I just stopped when I passed Feilen. Bank Pool- 38 in a row, I didn't miss, I just stopped when I passed Eddie Taylor.
8 ball- 22 racks in a row, I didn't miss, I just stopped when I found out I was on time.
