Number 8 is back2good1 AKA Carlos.

Nice pics. Number 27 could be Dan Wallace. Is that OMGWTF in the background counter in numbers19 and 21?

Number 9 shows Jerry "Baby Huey" Matchin shooting on the near left table.

#27 is Dan Wallace watching as Fach Garcia shoots. Tina Pawloski is in the background.

That is Dan Wallace with Fach Garcia shooting. Also that is the beautiful Tina Pulaski in the background. I'm guessing at the spelling of her name. That is OMGWTF in photo 19 and 21.

Fabulous Pics, best i have seen on this site. Thanks for posting them. Curious to know what cam you are using. BTW, pic #18 of Jose, is my favorite, because it clearly shows the McDermott cue model EK-4 that he is using. I know he uses a different cue at every tourney, but just thought i would mention this, as i have just a few McD's left for sale. smiley.

Thanks Robin,

The camera is a little Nikon D40....bottom of the DSLR line, the lens however is a Nikon 18-200mm VR that while not super fast is super versatile. It's (V)ibration (R)eduction allows me to shoot hand held as slow as 1/4 second with no blur, great in the low light settings like this, assuming my subject will hold still.....:)

Anyway, thanks for the compliment..I enjoyed takin' em.

Great pics Joe. I think Ronnie is asking Ernie for a Jelly Roll for putting Ginacue on the map in the 60s. The Ernie look I recognize very well, it's that "WTF is this guy talking about" look Ernie always gets on his face when I start telling him how to build cues.

Thanks for some great pics.

Kevin

Hahahaha, now THAT's funny....sorry I didn't see you there Kev.

Joe.........If possible, could you take and post a close-up pic of the flow chart ?.....it'd be great to see who all was in the tournament, and who knocked out who........Thanks again, Ghost

Ghost,

I stopped by tonight around 10pm and it was all over....I did snap a picture of the brackets for you, the houseman held it up and I got 1 quick shot. The photo is imperfect, but if you click the link and then when it opens in your browser, put your mouse on the pic and click..it should make it full sized and you can scroll around and see almost all the matches.

Click HERE for the brackets photo

Jay is sick today. I wish you were here to replace me Joey. :)

A tournament director's job is to be respected and appreciated but never envied. :)

Hope you feel better soon.

I would have, 'cept I had to w o r k. Heard of it?

I finished early Sunday all so I could get to Hollywood in order to see that warrior Ernesto matched up, read a thread where they had canceled (erroneous) and went to Plush instead. I'm in dead c player punch.

Looks like you are getting a handle on that Nikon.
