This is the cue that SpiderWebComm is receiving for winning the Pierce Logo Contest in October. It has been a pleasure building this cue for Spider, we have became good phone friends. LOL

The forearm and butt sleeve are African black wood and the handle is a three piece segmented flame wood burl. The joint ring and butt rings are nickle silver and amboina burl.

How funny is this, I just realized I put the old bumper in the "new logo" cue. LOL

This is an ultra clean looking cue. Please tell me what woods were used?

Thanks for sharing,
Chris

Sweet cue Jim! Beautiful wood combination, rich looking tones and definitely a player..Enjoy your cue Spider!

Jim,

very nice cue, it came together beautifully. But where's the new logo go? Only on the bumper? We would love to see it.

LOGO CONTEST!?!?

Why do I never hear about these things...:frown:

Well Mr. Pierce, If you ever need something else let me know because that cue is b.e.a.utiful and I want one ! haha

But really.. Logos, Web site, Splash Page, Print design, PDF Gallery, General Layout, Video Editing, Photo Editing.

Hey -- I wanted to take a moment and report back on this cue. Now that I've played with it a bit, I must say this thing hits as good as it looks. It has a very good feel and harmonic to it. Its hit is definitely on the stiffer side, which is exactly what I look for in a cue.

The action is very, very good with this cue as well. Getting the good ol'e "whippin' action" is quite easy. This cue hits as good as anything I've played with.

To be quite honest, I never heard of Jim Pierce before his logo contest. However, after playing with his cue and marveling over its beauty, I have a hunch he's going to get VERY popular with the azb crowd in a short period of time.

He's going to send me some hi-res pics of the cue. When he does, I'll post them in this thread. I'm not sure how I won that contest, but boy did I shit a golden horseshoe in winning this beauty.

Jim asked me what cue I wanted (basically saying he'd make me whatever I wanted) and this is what I wanted.

I don't know what a unity cue is but if they hit like this they must hit like the mac daddy
