what aiming system do u use? and what level player r u?
the reason im asking is im not sure what i do. i use to aim with just my ferrule. i looked at the ob then concentrated on aiming with my ferule. basically steering the ob's in with english. i was a strong A player but wasnt completly consistent. i could run a rack or two but then miss a shot u shouldnt miss.
then i moved up to a AA player. and i believe i use angles to aim. i stood back on the shot. looked at the angle then steped in. aiming off the shaft. my consistency got better but i think my precition shape wasnt as good.
and now. u guessed it. i bought the perfect aim dvd. it really helped my cuts but it threw the rest of my game off.
i talked to a few master players and it sounds like they aim for spots on the ob. i know jeff carter(nonactive pro) aims cb edge to ob edge.
my game is all messed up right now. when i was shooting good i wasnt sure what i was aiming at. if it felt right then i shot it in. im willing to learn a new system that the most consistent players use. or just go back to the angles.
