Hey, you have added a signature!!!

And you actually have a website!!!!!!!!!! :D

Jay couldn't actually copy your signature and put it in place of his signature, could he? I guess there's no need.

Hey Jay! I was one of the first to send payment. Can't wait.

I forgot to mention you should address my book as follows:

" To Jason,

Well, here is the finished book. Sorry I had to cut out the three chapters dedicated soley to your playing and gambling prowress, but my publisher says the literary world just isn't ready for it yet. Maybe I will makeit into its own book to give you the respect you deserve. I hope you understand. Enjoy this edited version anyway.

Jay

PS: Can I get the 6 next time, so I at least have a chance? "

Sorry Jason, Because of space limitations I had to edit all my best "poolpro" stories down to one chapter. You really do deserve your very own book, but that would look like an encyclopedia.

Great cover, Jay. The check is in the mail. Can't wait to read or should I say, devour this book.

Thanks for writing it and looking forward to the complete set.

Complete set?? You mean a set like fifteen balls? I wish I could be that prolific. I'll be happy if I can get three or four books out there eventually. I have begun work with Bobby "Cotton" LeBlanc on the next book, entitled Playing With Fire. If you like Pool Wars, I think you'll love this next one. The stories are mind blowing.

I'd love to do one with Ronnie Allen and Jack Cooney, but it isn't looking to good at this time. One won't sit still and one won't talk.

Hahaha... You've got tons of supporters here Jay.

I see you now got a signature. You can do better than that by making it clickable like mine below... Hehehe...

Thanx,

Jay,

Don't worry about the price. $20 is perfect, maybe not enough.

Old saying in sales. It only takes 5 seconds to lower your price and 5 years to raise it.

You don't have a legitimate reason to lower your price. All you have is a nervous feeling the darn book won't sell. I'm telling you it will. Put your game face back on.

Have you started an outline on the next book yet Jay? Johnnyt

Bobby "Cotton" LeBlanc and I have been in regular communication. He is working on organizing his stories right now. We will be meeting in two weeks to discuss it further.

I just wanted to thank everyone on here who has already ordered a copy of Pool Wars. I never expected a response quite like this. I went to my P.O. Box today, after being gone for four days, and it was stuffed with envelopes! We are somewhere north of 250 orders received already.

I am already anticipating several days of filling orders when the first cartons of books arrive between the 15th and the 20th. My first priority is going to be signing and mailing all the books out to those of you who have ordered an advance copy. My plan is to use first class mail for all domestic orders. That way they should get there within 3-4 days of mailing. Media mail is just too slow for my tastes (typically 7-8 days). I hope to have a book in everyone's hands by the end of this month. After I get caught up with this, I'll deal with the wholesalers who want multiple copies.

Give em a nice tall glass of purple jesus and boy they'll sit still and talk. :D

Jay,

BTW, It's been a while but as I recall, the USPS has a special lower postal rate for books. You might ask.

Unless it's significantly lower (and not too slow), I will go with first class. At least for all the advance orders I've received. After they are filled, I may use the lower book rate. Thanks.

Jay I just paypalled the money and I don't care what number you send as long as it is 1 of 500 signed copys and I forgot to say to Leonard and Red but if you see it as to poolcuemaster that will be more than fine.--Leonard

Shoot, I was asleep at the wheel and let this thread pass me by! By now I'm likely shut out of the first run of 500 numbered copies. Nuts!

All just the same, I'm still interested in getting a copy Jay. How 'bout we flip for it? C'mon Jay, you got some gamble, don't ya? Here, call it in the air......DAMN, you...lucky...dog! .....I guess I'll be sending my check for TWO books.... No, no, no, I'm not going double or nothing. No that's it, you get too many good rolls!

Oh well, now I'll have something to read while I hide from the bosses at work.
