Last 4 on the winners side, Danny Harriman, Rodolfo Luat, Shin Park, and Faro Palozollo.

Danny beat Jesse Bowman 10-6; Palazollo beat Matlock 10-8, Park beat Ronnie Wiseman 10-8 (four hour match), Luat beat Bob McGrath 10-2.

Still alive on the one loss side Jeannette Lee, Dave Matlock, Wiseman, Bowman, McGrath, Griffis, Pierce, Slivka, Wilkie, Enters, Karabotsos/Brekke, Rivas/Barger.

Karabotsos and Brekke almost went at each other and had to be warned. Park was told to speed up his game.

Lots of people watching. Probably be some action later.

Wow, Slivka is playing well. He was shooting lights out at Turning Stone last week. I'd like to see him win this one, but only time will tell.

I'd like to see Ronnie Wiseman win too.

What a dilemma, so many great players and only two slots.

Ronnie is still in it and doing well. He is in the one loss bracket and waiting on Jeanette/Pierce match to finish up He is due to play at 6:00PM. I will keep you posted.

The matches are continuing;

Luat is down 6-2 Park. This could be an upset for Luat, but he can still come back.

AZB's own Danny Harriman just won against Palazzolo 10-4. His break was incredible.

Danny scratched twice on the break early on, but towards the end of the match, he began to break great and on the last break, he made the 8 on the break PLUS 5 other balls to make the win. That was his best break during the tournament! Iimagine he will keep it up, and give them all a run for the title.

Danny plays again tomorrow at 2:00 PM Congratulations Danny, Job well done.

Tom Karabatsos is out against Brian Brekke. He scratched two rails in the side pocket when the score was 9-9. Brekke was slow playing, and when Tom went to ask a ref if there could be a time clock, Brekke informed that there was no time clock and and to get over there and rack-em. So Tom answered "You forgot to say *****" at the end of that statement" When his openant saw it upset him, they both laughed. Tom states that it was a good match.

and to think Mark Trainor had the kahones to tell Danny in Jersey that "if he was ever to have a chance at the IPT he would have to work on his break".... The Sh!t Danny has had to fade.

Sounds like a great qualifier. I feel the excitement 1200 miles away. Maybe it is just because i"m pulling for so many.

We are making sure that we give him the star treatment. Bob is back at the house grilling up some of the best steaks available. I expect them back here in an hour or so. Danny will also have a lot of good people helping him, so he is not caught in any problematic dilemmas that could occur. Needlessto say, we all have his back!

News Scoop...

Jessie Bowman is out! Jerry Slivka both Jessie and Jerry said that they played terrible. Neither one at any time had a 2 game ever lead. It just went back and forth with no racks run.

Jerry states that it was just a horrible match, but he feels fortunate to have won it.

Jerry plays again at 12:00 Noon and plays the winner of David Matlocks match which is in progress now with Michael Enters
