I ordered a custom cue from Brian in Sept. 2012. I was told at the time it would take about 90 days. Here it is Aug. 13th. 2013 and still no cue.
Per emails back in May, the cue shipped, but I never received it. Guess what, he didn't bother to insure. He did offer to send me a couple of cues that were ready to go, that I could sell for around $350.00 ea. (according to him), but I said no thanks. I want my money refunded. I was told on May 4 th. to give him a little time.
Fast forward to today. Still no money or cue. I was told today that since I didn't want the cue,
it was put on the back burner.
I have got several excuses, (daughter got sick, shop flooded, lost in mail, debilitating disease) but only after I inquired about the status. I'm sorry, but if you’re doing something or making something for someone and a problem arises, you should let them know about the delay then, not 2 or 3 months later.
Brian may well be a standup guy, but my dealing with him leads me to highly question his business ethics or lack of.
In closing, after posting the computer pictures of the cue I order, several members sent me PM’s to inform me of the problems they had with their deals with Brian and the serious lack of quality of his cues. These comments should be made public so everyone can make an informed decision before spending hard earned money.
If anyone would like to verify the email conversations, PM me and I will be more than happy to forward the emails to you.
