AZ will be most fortunate to have such an extraordinary " pool great " posting here again!

Sometimes a man has to go a long distance out of his way to find the shortest way back. Life is full of hazards and troubles. It seems like you have found a way for yourself and I hope you are at peace. You have always been kind and courteous to me. Im still working my way back. Thanks for being a worthy example.

You owe no apology to me. It's great to see you back here and I hope to stay. Your contributions of stories and knowledge have been missed by many here, myself included. I'm really hoping to get to your room in the near future and sit down with you over a cup of coffee.

Grady, nice to hear from you ! I always enjoy your posts. It is commendable that you want to try to improve yourself, but like others have said, I have always liked your posts the way they were, Grady-style. You've earned the right to be a little ornery from time to time.
 
I'll NEVER forgive you for that 'ugly ass' poster you made when you ran for Mayor of Colorado Springs back in the day. It's on the local pool hallwall and me and Shooter just shake our heads every time we walk by....:D:D :D :D :D
Opinions, everyones got one, some are never willing to show it...you always did, it was U, I can't ask any more of another than that. Politically correct, it's not in my vocabulary either. Now Ironman will smile, he always smiles, annoys me, why? wish I could do it as much as he...and Henderson...go figure, another Louie Lemke personality thats sTILL around, ROUND, or rOtund whichever the case.:D :D :D Oh I forgot, Ironman is................well he'd have to kill me.........................

I have always found you to be a gentleman, scholar and a judge of proper behavior. Looking forward to getting back down to Lexington and playing some pool in the near future. Ya got a lot of fans Grady. Thanks for all you do.

Grady, from the posts I have read in this thread, I guess I am practically alone in the view that this apology is appropriate. You have, at times, attacked both the character and integrity of people, events, and organizations within pool in a tasteless, malicious and occasionally profane way. That you recognize this and regret it impresses me, and that you have offered this apology is admirable.

Grady, your strong communication skills along with your vast experience and excellence as a a) competitor, b) promoter, c) event organizer, d) poolroom proprietor, and e) road player, give you the potential to be among the most valued posters on the AZB forum. Given your commitment to communicating in a manner that is more tactful, I think we are all in for a treat.

Grady, I have always enjoyed your comments on Accu stats. I found you to be informative and entertaining. I met you once at a straight pool tournament in New Jersey. You were very nice and friendly.

Well you know the old saying.....Actions speak louder than words...

So I expect to see some posts that include some great tips on kicking, one pocket, aiming, and position play in you near future....:D

Oh and a few (Vin Sculley type) road stories....;)

Well Grady, you and I certainly have had our differences, but I do respect you as a player, tourney director/ promoter and commentator. Life is too short to argue over minute incidents. Its good to see you posting again. Take care.

You've done more than anyone in pooldom to help educate us one-pocket-wanna-be's. Just remember... there's a small group of professional nits in this forum who have nothing better to do than try and attack guys like you who have so much to offer. Try and ignore them. :cool:
