joe, you are so trusting, and i think it's wonderful to have have such an outlook on life. and just to mention that the first time i did business with Michael_Hoang i learned what a kind and trusting person he is too.

i got burned once before and because i had my accounts set up like i said, they tried to file it with a collection agency, i told em to stick it i had been burned and wasnt going to give back the money................eventually after the collection agency callin me and me yelling they finally reversed it in my favor!!!!

but it took 8 months to do and had to go through all that crap,,,,,,,,,,, it was never reported to the credit bereau, and all paypal had to say to me was
WE ARE SO SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENANCE!!!!!!!!

after 9 years and being a premier memeber thats all i got!!!!!!!!!!

You should've stopped at "You have to be careful when doing business" and end it with a period.
 
I will be out-of-pocket for the next couple of days...having some medical tests done at Johns-Hopkins.

I would appreciate everyone's help in keeping this up on the front page from time to time to keep everyone's awareness up.

I just want to share with everyone that Yuri sent me an email last night.

In the email, he said that he has intercepted and returned my Justis West case and Bryan Mordt's cue. Yuri said that Bryan and I should expect to receive our packages in about 5 business days.

I sincerely hope that you and Brian get your stuff back OK, because Yuri initiated a second chargeback on me this morning after emailing me stating that he would try to make things right.Joe
 
Sorry for your lose Joe,I have been watching this thread and The final solution hopefully will be postive but as they say some people get what is coming to them and if it doesnt work out I hope someone eventually fill's Yuri and Tim Hong full of LEAD....
 
Initally I had a unauthorized payment started from Yuri but then yesterday it just went away and was resolved, I certainly hope this is a show of good faith. I am confused now as to what really is going on. I hope you all get your stuff back, I still have no word as to weather or not I am getting my Jacoby sent back to me. Plus Paypal is reviewing all the notes and evidence I gave then in the Main $245 chargeback. I am crossing my fingers I get my cue back so I can just refund the fraudulent money.
