But what if BB has struck a deal with a major television sports network that will fund the project and air it as new entertainment to an audience that would reach far beyond what is to be found here on AZB? Programs that get ratings attract big advertisers, along with their big bucks. And that always means more money to the players.
If that was to happen, it wouldn't matter to the BB players what anyone here thinks, or what other tournaments they might not be able to play. They would be happy to be playing for Bonus Ball. And if the other tournaments were to somehow be negatively affected by the absence of those few top players, then pro pool was on the skids anyway because Bonus Ball being on TV should do nothing but help the entire industry.
I know I'm dreaming publicly here, but it never hurts to dream.
